We arrived at 6:46 and checked in on app saying we had arrived. It said there were 3 people ahead of us and then eventually showed that we were next. It never notified us that it was our turn and never said to go into Urgentcare. I told my sick daughter we just needed to be patient that we weren’t allowed to go in until we received notice from the app, due to Covid. Finally after waiting over an hour in the car,I risked breaking the rules to go in and inquire about our turn. After all - it was getting close to closing time. The receptionist was very nice but seemed a little frustrated with the app. She said I should have come in and signed in on the physical paper to let them know I had arrived. I have no problem with the receptionist, she was very helpful and a couple of the employees apologized for the wait. They got us in soon after that. My question is why did the app tell us to wait and refresh the wait list when it didn’t mean anything? It even had at column called “at clinic” that said “yes” because I had responded yes to the app when we arrived. The app should have clearly stated that I needed to “go into Urgentcare building and sign in” instead of leading me to believe that checking in on the app was sufficient. Thank you to the staff at Fairfield Urgentcare. I’m sure this app confusion is frustrating for you too.

I had a great experience at CareFirst urgent care. In the middle of a pandemic it was a little nerve racking going into a healthcare facility, but it was very clean and my wait time was not nearly as long as I expected. Only about 20 minutes. I spent a total of an hour there. Very convenient that you can schedule appointments online and put all of your info in so you don’t need to fill out paperwork when you get there. Would recommend this urgent care

Mary at the front desk was absolutely wonderful when it came to checking me in and getting me seen in a timely manner. There was also a mother who came in with her two little girls and she was very caring and compassionate to get them in quicker since the little girl had a swollen eye. She was absolutely wonderful. When I went back to get my X-ray done for my knee the gentlemen was very respectful and walked me through everything that he was doing and when it came to seeing the provider she was amazing as well and explained everything when it comes to what to do next and referring me to an orthopedic specialist. It was by far the greatest experience I’ve had in any medical facility. No one ever hopes for an urgent care trip but if it comes down to needing to go I will drive the forty minutes to go to the Loveland location!

After suffering over the holidays with a sinus and eye infection, I finally gave in and went to see the doctor. The standard of care provided by the staff here was excellent. Courteous and professional. I would use them again. Plus they accepted Medicare. My only wish is that I had gone sooner and avoided a 10 day sinus headache.

CareFirst is an independent provider of urgent care and occupational medicine services. It was founded in 2011 and operates dozens of clinics across Ohio, Kentucky, Nevada, and Florida. It is open to treating non-life threatening illnesses and injuries 363 days a year. Since it opened its doors, CareFirst clinics have treated more than 500,000 patients. CareFirst takes pride in having a 30-minute average wait time and in offering personalized medical treatment. It strives to respect the values, preferences, and goals of all patients it serves. Urgent care services provided by CareFirst include treatment for pink eye, respiratory infections, and ear infections, among many other common illnesses. Injuries treated by CareFirst include concussions, burns, fractures, and cuts. CareFirst clinics provide other convenient healthcare services, including lab testing, immunizations, COVID-19 testing, X-rays, and yearly physicals. It also offers telemedicine services for patients who prefer to receive healthcare at home or cannot visit one of its walk-in clinics.
