Friendly Staff

Took son over weekend to have foot looked at. After X-ray my son who is 10 said he really liked the staff (they talked to him kindly). There was no wait, received disc of X-ray result, fitted for a boot and given crutches with 30 minutes. A great urgent care experience, easy parking, very clean facility and all of the staff were friendly and professional.

About

About Exer Urgent Care

Southern California-based Exer Urgent Care clinics provide comprehensive, compassionate care for patients of all ages experiencing urgent but non-life or limb-threatening illness and injury. On-staff, ER-trained physicians can diagnose, stabilize, and treat 80% of cases seen regularly in hospital emergency rooms with minimal wait time and at a fraction of typical ER costs. Clinics also partner with local specialists, hospitals, and emergency departments to book patients directly with the appropriate providers when necessary. All Exer Urgent Care centers are open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to provide patients with convenient, premium-quality, cost-effective medical care. Clinics also offer telemedicine services through their VirtualCare provider team, who can diagnose and treat many conditions via secure video technology. Physical exams, diagnostic lab and imaging services, occupational medicine, immunizations and vaccinations, and pediatric services are also available. To improve pricing transparency and help patients anticipate their out-of-pocket care expenses, Exer offers a “Prompt Pay Program” for individuals who wish to pay in full. This program outlines pricing for various levels of care, as well as the treatment services provided under each tier.
