Medrite Urgent Care Center was founded in 2010 as one of the only two urgent care centers in Manhattan and is headquartered in New York, New York. Medrite Urgent Care is committed to providing express care to patients as an alternative to the hospital emergency room. Medrite’s Urgent Care model was modeled specifically around the hectic schedule of New Yorkers with each walk-in clinic open from early morning until late evening, Monday through Friday with after-hours appointments available by a board-certified physician. Merit serves patients from newborns to adults with clinic locations in Lower Manhattan, Midtown East, and Midtown West areas. In addition to providing urgent care for unexpected medical illnesses and injuries, Medrite provides Orthopedic and Travel Urgent Care that does not require an appointment or a referral from a primary care physician. If patients are unable to make it to a walk-in clinic during the week, Medrite offers extended hours, including being open on Sunday.
