If I can give more than 5 stars I would. The Nurse on duty 12/23/*** was so awesome. The whole staff was polite, and very professional. They even called all 4 of my kids by name each time they spoke with them. They were very patient with the little ones also. I loved it!

I waited for 6 hours at Texas childrens urgent care with my toddler who had 104.2 fever so I decided to try here. Got in very quick even when they was busy and very nice. The only problem which was very stressful is that I had my husband and me with our sick 2 year old and 5 month old. They told me 1 parent per room but I couldn’t handle both babies by myself so they split us up. My 2 year old was screaming for me but COVID protocol they couldn’t put us together. It was stressful not being in the same room together and having to hold my baby down so the doctor can check him. The doctor didn’t understand why they didn’t put us together as well. I made it clear to every nurse and staff I saw that I had both kids there and had to run back and forth to try to help my husband and my baby. They was really nice and professional but it made it a hassle and Texas childrens didn’t have a problem with us being in the same room. Just didn’t want to wait for 6 hours to be seen.

To: Christina and Seema, Words can not express how GREAT, LOVING, PATIENT and KINDHEARTED the staff was to my daughter and myself. My daughter was seen for a sore throat and she was swabbed for Strep Throat and in my opinion she was the worst patient ever and Christina and Seema Ahmed,APRN,FNP endured her while she kicked and screamed and put up a fight. I was so embarrassed due to my daughter’s actions and they not only console her but they consoled me as well! They were the epitome of professionalism and for that I can’t say THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING enough to these ladies!!! Thank you J.Walker💕 FYI…Wait time was minimal

Great place. I visit with my grandson because his mother was out if town. Recommended by his pediatrician. One thing I was please with is when I got to the pharmacy his prescriptions were not in. Pharmacy only had one ready. I have to go back to the pharmacy in he morning. I had to call nightlight back to get doctor to call medicine in again. Very friendly staff and genuine concern.

Did everything online so my son was the first patient of the day so as soon as I walked in the NA was already waiting for us to go into a room. She did all the vitals, doc came in quickly after her, ordered some tests and my son gave them a hard time testing him but the nurse was still nice about it. We were in and out. Loved it.

My experience is always the best when I come here I never have to wait as long as other places. There is a bit of a wait time but again we all understand that we’re in the middle of a pandemic and places need to get disinfected after other patients so it’s okay. I scheduled online the same day and was seen a few hours later. The PA his last name was Welch he was awesome! My little one had problems with breathing, croup and he got us treated and feeling better. I also have to say the MA they had was great! I didn’t catch her name but very nice and helpful. Overall wonderful experience!

Son cut his forehead open at the park and we rushed him over to this location.  Check in took a little bit but everyone was friendly, efficient, and delivered first class service.  I would highly recommend this place for urgent care for kid’s needs!
