I still waiting for my resort’s from Friday my appointment was at 12:10 they did the test around 2:00pm but no resort’s yet! Please let me know how much longer I have to wait thanks.

I use Urgent Care for anything that would not require a hospital visit. They’re friendly and knowledgeable.

Had to wait 30 minutes or more, but typical for urgent care. Friendly staff, very patient doctor, plenty of time for questions, no feeling of being rushed. I will come back here for future needs.

Requested PCR COVID test needed to travel Wednesday Nov 24. Was requested to be outside all the time. Fill out more forms, additional ti the ones requested in text. Person was supposed to call me, but her call was never received. Finally I was contacted through another phone. After 20/25 Min. Rep took test. I was informed I will receive a call today and an email. Or maybe tomorrow. Did not receive anything today. Hopefully I will have results tomorrow, or I will not be able to board plane.

The Davis office turned me away but the Plantation office was accommodating and patient. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and the person who did my drug screen. They saved the reputation of the company with my experience.

I must say Christina is an awesome staff member. She explained and took really good care of me for my physical. The level of customer service and respect she gives is outstanding. She deserves a raise. It's always good to see a person love what they do and treat others with respect. Ms. Gloria and Dominique was very nice and helpful. Continue to be great. After going to two other non Med urgent cares with either no X-ray machines or tech working on Sunday was happy to find this location. That had both. Great staff quick and 89 yr old mom was pleased with service.

I just loved going to this urgent care. The staff was friendly and so efficient. The doctor was one of the best doctors I had ever had . The whole experience was really good. My doctor helped me with my situation, and that's really what you go to doctor for.

I informed the triage nurse of my symptoms and was directed to my car for the safety of the patients in the waiting room. I had a test done and spoke to the MD curbside. The service was awesome.

The Urgent Care doctor was great. Not many physicians take the care of patients as calmly and in good interest to your medical needs
