I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

I booked and was seen the same morning. The checkin process was extremely easy and we seen with in mins of arrival.

I was a walk in patient in the later afternoon and was seen and on my way out the door within an hour. The staff was very attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Once in an exam room, the provider came in quickly and ordered testing that was completed promptly. I felt the provider listened carefully and was very thorough. I highly recommend this office.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

The services was very professional even thought they were texting for Covid19

The PA Charity was the most pleasant  professional I had encountered in a long time. She made my visit actually enjoyable.  She efficiently listened to my concern and made an assessment that made me glad that I chose AFC. Thank God for healthcare providers like her.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Took 2 Covid tests at home and for the first time they came back positive so I got online scheduled an appointment. Got there and waited less than a couple minutes and was seen. Confirmed Covid and prescribed medication and explained them. Everyone was nice. Now I just have to get better from having Covid the first time. I think all my up to date Covid Vaccines have helped me so far and hopefully they will help make this less severe since I am in one of the high risk categories. I would recommend AFC in Torrington.

I never have an issue with this clinic & they are always fast & very clean & very nice!

Staff were awesome! They treated my husband with care and respect.
