Priority Urgent Care in Cromwell is so much easier to deal with than my primary care doctor.  From scheduling to treatment everyone is focused getting you better.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

I was having some breathing issues over the previous three days upon going to the clinic I walked in and was helped right away the aids we’re great and the doctor that took care of me was fabulous she helped me tremendously and I left being able to breath with prescriptions to help with the problem I’ve been going there for the past 4 years and always a pleasure

It was amazing! The staff are absolutely fantastic

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

Everything was great but I was the last patient on a Friday night and my prescription never made it to the pharmacy; I even checked back the next morning. But there was no one to call at your office so I had to go to another clinic with weekend hours just to get the antibiotics I came to you for.

I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.

The attention was excellent from the moment I made the appointment until when I went in person, everyone behaved excellently.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

The staff was very nice and was so great with my 7 month old.
