I liked the manner of Dr. T (?). In a short time I received such useful information and care.

I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.

Needed testing done and the doctor was very nice. Office was very clean and doctor was also very efficient and on top of things.

The staff is very friendly there was no waiting time the aprn that saw me was very nice and caring and she listened to my needs I would recommend her

Lauren, the nurse practitioner, was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and addressed my needs a great asset to Hartford healthcare

Staff was very helpful & polite. Received very good care. Was taken care of immediately.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to
