Needed testing done and the doctor was very nice. Office was very clean and doctor was also very efficient and on top of things.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Lauren, the nurse practitioner, was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and addressed my needs a great asset to Hartford healthcare

Staff was very helpful & polite. Received very good care. Was taken care of immediately.

Registered online and we walked in with no one in the waiting room.  We waited maybe 15 minutes.  The doctor we saw was absolutely fantastic!  He explained everything to me and did not rush me at all. It has been a long time since I’ve seen the doctor not looking into the computer screen instead of at me.  5 full stars!

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to
