My first time at Guidewell today made a lasting impression on me. From my phone conversation with receptionist, the ease at scheduling appt, the quick response time for that appt, I was already impressed. Wait time at the office was minimal; Katherine (ARNP) was so caring, gentle and kind. She listened to everything I told her, and made the decision for me to have X-RAYS taken. After having this procedure done, Katherine came back into the room and made some great recommendations for me to follow through with. I only wish I could make Guidewell my Primary Healthcare Provider! Marsha

the NPs and medical assistants 5 stars. They are competent, attentive, and provide excellent care. I’m truly grateful for their service. However, most of the front desk staff could benefit from improving their professionalism and communication skills, as they are the first point of contact and represent the quality of customer service. Despite this, the overall atmosphere is relatable, and the clinical team makes up for the shortcomings. Thank you.
