When I entered the front doors the staff instructed me on how to check in from a safe distance and everything else was very easy to understand and self-explanatory. I then sat in the waiting room and before I knew it, they called me to the back and everything went very quickly, quicker than I thought it would. I was very pleased. As a bus driver I get a DOT physical every year and have been to many different locations to do so. This was my first time going to the McKinney PrimaCare and I can definitely say that this staff at this location is far and above the very best I’ve ever been to. My expierence today was excellent. It was my first dot physical and I was having trouble getting my bp down to pass. There was a red headed nurse that took the time to make me comfortable enough and relaxed enough to achieve an acceptable number . I can not express enough how my treatment was today. I showed up to get my DOT physical exam. I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a detailed description of the paperwork I had to fill out. I had a request to use the restroom early for the urinalysis test because of water intake and driving time.. I was immediately granted permission.
