Absolutely great! The staff is professional and kind. FNP-C Niesha Taylor was very pleasant and listened to what issues I was concerned with. She has a great bedside manner. She is very confident and reassuring and that makes a person feel better immediately. Her nurse was kind and very professional. Its was a great experience and I will most definitely recommend this Patient Urgent Care Clinic on Old Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge La. This was my second visit to this facility and its run very well. Another plus is that the facility is very clean. Overall on a scale with 10 being the best... This place is an 11 !! Respectfully, Sincerely, -Chad Simmons (patient) on 12/19/*** ** if you have any questions I can be reached at ***

My experience was one of the best I’ve received, even though I was sick and grumpy the staff was still at their best with customer service. This was not my first visit to this location and on every visit I’ve been treated very kind and respectful. Whenever someone is looking for an urgent care to go to , this is the location I recommend. Kudos to the staff on 10/8/***

I cut my Finger on the Evening of October 7th. I arrived at the Urgent Care Clinic at 8:51pm. Everyone was extremely kind and caring. I didn't feel unwelcomed arriving at 9 Minutes before Closing. I received excellent Care and the Staff wished me well upon leaving. My anxious Experience (the Laceration) was eased by such gentleness, Care and kindness by the Staff.

This place is seriously our new go to! So quick and easy, especially with children! The staff is always amazing and so friendly! Sometimes matters aren’t so serious but you still need advice, diagnosis, meds or an excuse and this makes it so much easier to do in those times! The staff makes you feel heard, care for and makes sure your needs are met and triple checks that your covered before ending the appointment. I would 10/10 recommend Patient Plus Urgent Care for top notch care, service, and friendliness! And Solv makes everything that much easier!

Nice atmosphere - clean with appealing design. Friendly, efficient staff. Low to average wait time. Went above and beyond when most pharmacies were closed for New Years and the open ones didn’t have the medication I was needing within a small window of time (flu med). There are 2 urgent care/walk-in clinics in my home town, but I will still make the extra 6-7 minute drive to be treated here instead.

They were nice but couldn’t really help me. Urgent care clinics aren’t for every malady. It was frustrating to learn that after having waited in my car, waited in the waiting room, waited in the exam room and then spoken to the physician’s assistant. Thankfully the weight wasn’t long in any of those cases but an hour overall from start to finish was wasted. Nice staff though.

We were greeted by Justus and she was gracious and super friendly and sweet. The office was beautiful and impeccably clean. The medical assistant was amazing. Very gentle with the covid swabs and super knowledgeable. We are sad we live too far away to come for real urgent care but will definitely visit if the need arises when we are in Baton Rouge. A quick and caring experience with a great staff

The experience at Patient Plus Urgent Care was great! Being here from out state the professionalism of the staff as well as the clean office was very appreciative!! The prompt service without an appointment was also awesome. Not sitting in pain for a long period of time. Instead my husband and I were handle with prompt, friendly ,caring staff!

This was my first time visiting Patient Plus @ Southdowns. It was extremely clean, there was minimal paperwork to complete, and I waited ~less than 5 minutes before being called. My care provider was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and in no way made me feel rushed. All of the staff who assisted me were very nice. I will definitely be making this my go-to urgent care center!

- Verified patient on 8/5

The receptionist didn't seem to know how to pull up patients' insurance without having a card present. I ask her if she can pull insurance with my SSN she told me she's unable to pull up information without id #. I tried to pull up information from my email but was unable to locate information so I told her I will find another clinic that would be able to see me. I then asked her again & she said she will try. So she was able to pull it up with SSN I was able to be seen after me about to go to another office. It's the little things you can do to make your patients feel their service is wanted. There was plenty of urgent care clinic I drove past to come there for her not to try to assist me in being seen. The NP and other staff was nice.

Jessica n all the amazing staff were so helpful n concerned. They demonstrated so much empathy n sympathy for my overall welfare. There was no long wait. They assisted me at every turn. They greeted me with such compassion and even my family, my husband n brother out in the waiting area. They followed up with calls, checking on me. I had never experienced that type of love n care from health professionals before, at least not like that. Thank you so very much Patient Plus Urgent Care.. Because I followed your professional advice and went immediately to ER, I was able to get a plethora of major tests done, ruling out a multiplicity of diagnosis that I wasn’t ready to hear nor deal with. From there, the next day, I went in to see my primary care physician. He prescribed the right medications. I am now on the mend, thanks to you all getting the ball rolling. Always a grateful heart, Mrs. Brown (Marion)

Great, both the nurse and doctor were kind and personable. I like that I was able to get a shot and was given prescriptions for medicines to help me feel better. That’s a good visit to me. Some places you go now, you get sent home with nothing and a “sorry, it’s gotta run its course”.. I’m glad I chose this referred urgent care today!

My urgent care visit went great! Great friendly customer service, The provider (Dr.Eli) was amazing! Great to have a caring provider like him. I was first greeted by two amazing Angels sent straight from Heaven Ms.Asia & Ms. Ventraya. Truly made me feel welcome and their kind words to me made my heart smile. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic to those who need urgent care. Sincerely Kirshetta Moore

The experience was wonderful! The workers was great, they were willing to take their time to explain all information clearly and provide us with information that will be helpful after we leave as well as in the future! They took all the steps to determine the reason why the patient was having specific symptoms. I would definitely recommend Patient Plus Urgent Care.

It was New Year’s Eve and they were busy but I called ahead of time because if that. I told them of what I was taking abs would it interfere with the urine test I’d have to take snd they said no problem. When I got there waited for over an hour paid my deductible did the test then the doctor came in and told me at that time they couldn’t do the test. I voiced my concerns but he said he would prescribe an antibiotic to take. I was very thankful for that. I don’t usually use an urgent care clinic because I try to always use my PCP but he was off and I’m glad urgent care facilities are always an option.

In a lot of pain due to a really bad ear infection, possibly malignant otitis externa - face swollen jaw and ear area on the right side. I am a registered nurse, 30 years I had a Telehealth visit yesterday with my PCP. My only reason for going to urgent care is that I was in such pain last night, I couldn’t sleep. I wanted someone to make sure my ear drum wasn’t ruptured and needed numbing drops for the pain. The provider wasn’t able to see in my ear and couldn’t find benzocaine or lidocaine drops in their formulary. She was kind and she did change the antibiotic, hopefully to a first line drug. An antibiotic IM or IV probably would have been a good idea. I didn’t think of it until getting home. Too miserable to go back.

I was traveling through & had been in excruciating wrist pain for 2 days and decided when I arrived in Baton Rouge, I needed to find an Urgent Care. I’ll admit, I hate Hospitals and ESPECIALLY the waiting period, but this Urgent Care, was TOTALLY EXCEPTIONAL. The front desk Admin was so inviting, the lobby and rooms were exceptionally clean and arranged 6 feet for our Safety. Jesse is the BEST, tho I was in pain, our combined humor & her sincereness meant a lot. I can’t remember the Doctor’s name, but she was Great too & patient since I typically use homeopathic herbals vs. medicines. Not sure if they’re see this review, but Thank you ALL for such a welcoming and Great experience ESPECIALLY since I was not from the area. Please continue to Be Who Are and Maintain a Great Workplace Environment.

They helped me with a chronic condition prescription refill, seeing as I was unable to visit my primary care physician. There was no wait time at all & the provider was very kind and caring! I will definitely use Patient Plus again, if I ever face any urgent care issues! Thank you Patient Plus Urgent Care!

App was not working for video visit and I was so sad as I was feeling very badly and the clinic was packed. But the provider, Mamy, called me! She was thorough and polite and a total pleasure. This was my first time to try to use the virtual appointment but I have NEVER been disappointed by Patient Plus Urgent Care.

- Verified patient on 6/24

I’ve been to this location 4 times now. They are consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. No one wants a medical emergency. If you unfortunately have one, this is the place to go. It’s great to have all your care run through an app on your phone. They really have redefined and set new standards to the urgent care system.
