Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

First off I just want to say that this urgent care is one of the best urgent care I’ve ever been to my whole life. The staff was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure. All my needs are met. I love feeling nothing more but at ease, I recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants Care that leaves you feeling satisfied if I could give this a 100 out of 100 instead of a 5 star I would Not only were they helpful. They were extremely nice and caring, and they really took their time to get to the bottom of my condition once again. I want to think all the staff faculty that work at this urgent care at Bethel. In extra shout out to the manager Adrienne for An extra shoutout for the manager, Adrienne  for Being one of the sweetest people there Erin was a good ma and Yolanda as well

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

I have only had a couple of experiences with the staff so far. I can say there are warm and welcoming and I feel very comfortable there.

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

I made an appt in east haven but they called to let me know that they were short staffed so we switched it to the Branford office. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. I ended up with a video appt which was really cool because I could see my ear infection in the camera. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes.

Staff was very friendly and caring, they made my visit go smoothly. The provider explained everything so amazingly and scheduling my follow up was so fast and easy! Highly recommended!

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

Traveling to see in-laws and had shoulder pain return. Was in and out in quickly. Staff truley genuine and pleasent.
