Had a backache and my urine was cloudy so I went turns out I had a uti infection they gave me antibiotics visit was good pa was very nice.

The lady receptionist was great! She assisted me in getting my prescription when my pharmacy gave me trouble. The male nurse and male doctor on duty were also extremely knowledgeable, hospitable, and clearly cared about patients’ comfort. A big thank you to the team that made my visit seamless!

Dr. Marshall is incredibly thorough, professional and knowledgeable.  There have been a few positive additions to the staff who are much more welcoming.  I do not like the fact that you can’t call the office directly.  You end up speaking to an overseas call center.  I just had a quick question and wanted to be transferred to the local office.  I was drilled with unnecessary questions and finally just hung up.

Everything was smooth and surprisingly fast. Very pleased

I started feeling a sore throat, achy, slight fever, headache and cough on Sunday night. Tuesday morning, I decided to go to urgent care to rule out something contagious or get on antibiotics if needed before Easter. It was a long wait but I was fine doing a puzzle on my phone. Everyone was friendly and thorough. I didn’t need medication after all, so that was good. The Doctor alleviated my concerns about sharing a virus or bacterial infection with my elderly mother and my baby granddaughter.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
