Have had a sore throat for two weeks now was told I could not get in to see my PCP until mid January so I got online and  was able to book an appt same day. Staff was all very friendly and Regina was great! I was seen and had meds in hand within 30 min of my appt!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I had to wait 3 hours to get an ear drop (I’m already on a steroid and antibiotic). It is understandable because of the sheer volume of patients. Nurse and Doctor were very approachable, fast and fantastic. My only complaint is that there were tons of patients coming in for covid tests, exposing everyone. After stepping in, they were instructed to go back to car and pull to the back of clinic to wait. I asked the receptionist if I could go to my car and be called when my turn came and she said if I wasn’t in the waiting room when my name was called, another name would be called (thus losing my spot). My suggestion is to 1) provide a phone number for covid check in to be done from vehicle and 2) allow other patients to wait in vehicle and be called when it is their turn to step into clinic.

They were awesome. Went in for a covid test and even though it was negative they still went ahead and made sure I had all the information I needed to get over whatever bug I have!

I'm still here, I've been here for an hour and a half waiting on my 15 min rapid covid test results

Everyone was extremely friendly! The waiting room and exam room were very nice and clean. Wait time wasn’t bad at all. Most important the nurse and ARPN ( I think I have that title correct) we’re excellent! He listened to every word I was telling and made me feel like he was willing to do whatever to make me feel better. I was there not because I was so sick with cold symptoms but for COVID testing because I share a home with my pregnant daughter and her family and no one on my visit made me feel in anyway like me I was wasting their time and I appreciated that so much! Thank you!

Didn’t have to wait very long to get back to a room to get treatment. I was directed by a lady over the phone to come in and go straight to room #6. I mean you would think they could at least show you to the room. When the nurse came in to get my vitals she was super rude and had no bed side manner. She never even spoke to me until after I asked her what my BP was. Even then she acted like she had rather not speak to me. When she came in she didn’t even have a mask or gloves on either. I was in there to get tested for Covid so I mean you would think that they would take better precautions for everyone than that. I definitely think this is something that needs to be addressed! Also used the restroom in the lobby which was completely disgusting! No toilet paper or paper towels and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

The reason for the long wait was because of the covid testing. The staff as wonderful.

The whole experience was amazing. I dread doctor’s visits - between the cost and typical subpar care, I go as a last resort. Today wasn’t any different; I was not looking forward to the visit. However, everything from start to finish was great. I scheduled the appointment online. The front desk manager, Robbi, was phenomenal. Check-in was a breeze. The wait wasn’t long at all. They may have been MAYBE 10-15 mins off from my appointment time. In their defense, I was advised to show up 10 mins early, but showed up right on time. The NP, Scott (Richard) Savage was awesome! He explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. I’m sure I was rambling but he listened and addressed all of my concerns. Oh! Can’t forget the lady that took my nose swab for the COVID test - I can’t remember her name. But, she was great as well! Overall great experience. I won’t visit any other Urgent Care clinic!

I will start off by saying I have used this urgent care a few times and have been extremely happy with the care we have received. However, this one is a different story. I made an appointment due to high fevers, body aches, and chest discomfort of 5 days. The sweet LPN who took care of me listened to my concerns. She decided to swab me for the flu. As she was taking my swab to get tested the APN opened the door to our room. She was speaking to the LPN she said “did you get a PCR on her, this is probably COVID, not the flu”. I had explained to the APN that I had just tested negative for COVID two days ago, that I really did not think that’s what this was. She got a rapid COVID test which was negative. She then said she would send it off for PCR and that it would probably be positive and that’s what we were dealing with. I asked her for a chest X-ray. She stated “your lungs sound fine”. She offered to draw blood work, I agreed. She sent us on our way telling us it was most likely COVID and that we would get the results tomorrow. My husband left from the urgent care and brought me to the ED where I am admitted for double pneumonia and having a sepsis work up. I’m glad I advocated for myself and didn’t settle for a COVID diagnosis. If I would of waited too much longer I’m scared about how much worse it would of gotten. I think it’s always wise to listen to your patients and not jump to one conclusion so fast ( and yes I have been fully vaccinated for COVID as well). But I am thankful for the sweet LPN who seemed as she was concerned!

I went there only to get a Covid test so I could be cleared for a surgery at a hospital in Little Rock on Friday this is Monday I’ll get there at 10:30 go and get all my paperwork done go back to my vehicle from *** till *** I said there go in at 11:50 answer a few questions I’m taking back nice little nurse gave me a Covid test and it’s practically 12 o’clock I am the only one in the back when I go in there three rooms before mine no one is in them I’m in room number four I’ll go in there for approximately 30 minutes after my Covid test and The nurse practitioner never comes in I’ll go out to ask how much longer it’s going to be and she is still at the computer sitting at the same place as she was when I went in there and tells me that there’s other people also so I wasn’t very happy with her sitting on that for 30 minutes while I was sitting in the room waiting to be seen will not go back there

Our last visit was very patient friendly; the facility was clean and quick getting my husband and I in and out for our covid tests. I did have a couple of questions for the manager regarding our negative tests for our flight but no luck when I called today

It was overwhelmingly busy as there was a line out the front door of mostly people waiting to be rapid tested for Covid. The woman working the front counter was overwhelmed and a bit frazzled with rude patients. It seemed that she could have used an extra set of hands to help her answer questions/scan ID cards and type in paperwork. I think that would remedy the situation. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience. This is my second time in and I plan to come back in the future. The nurse that saw me in the back and did my Covid test was patient, kind and wonderful.

I came in with a sore throat and a lose of voice. Assuming I had COVID or strep I decided to go to Baptist Health Urgent Care on Zero Street, Fort Smith AR. The nurse who took my blood pressure and swabbed for test was very nice. Sadly I didn’t get to catch her name. Though the nurse practitioner Scott was amazing during my appointment. He was very friendly, caring and professional. Unfortunately I was confirmed positive with COVID and there isn’t much you can do with a viral infection. He was nice enough to prescribe me some medication to help with my aching sore throat. The only downsides to my visit today was the wait time but when you have so many people walking in, you’re expected to wait longer. Also, the app seems to be glitched out, after I checked in I could see the wait list and what position I’m in. The app decides to not give me the link to check on it after an hour or so past. All in all, I had a wonderful experience. A reminder to all the health workers that you’re doing an amazing job!

I didn’t get a diagnosis since the tests they took were negative. No additional info or follow up was offered. I’m still sick with no idea why. They offered no possible diagnosis.

Long wait because so many are sick. Good care. Quick diagnosis of acute problem (pneumonia). Referred to GP from further testing.

I just left this urgent care after being sick for a good week. The staff took Exceptional care of me. But my LPN Whitney was absolutely the most amazing person and nurse I’ve ever encountered. She made sure I was comfortable and real just made me feel like she cared. Everyone knows with this COVID stuff going on going to hospital or urgent Care your kinda just ran thru like cattle at an auction. But not here so if you don’t feel well or need a COVID test go let Whitney LPNand michelle NP take care of you

Harrison Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.
