The woman answering the phone was professional friendly and kind. The problem occurred when the healthcare worker came out after my Covid test without a mascon. I mentioned it and she pulled her sweater over her nose instead of getting a mask, while also asking me to lower my mask for a visual inspection. During the length of the pandemic I have never had a healthcare worker approach me without a mask and I told her that this made me uncomfortable and then I left. I thought that was pretty unprofessional to not wear a mask given that I was there to get a Covid test .

I live across town, but ended up at Immediate Care after a long search for a rapid covid test. I am SO grateful that Trevor, and the rest of the staff at Immediate Care, were the people to help treat me. I was extremely sick when I arrived, and had results from my rapid test almost immediately. I was offered treatment and left feeling set up for success. Later that evening, I was having difficulty breathing and called Immediate Care for guidance. Trevor offered several options to help, and even stayed open so that my husband could pick up the medicine I needed. I really believe that without Immediate Care, I would have ended up in the hospital due to breathing complications. I highly recommend Immediate Care after this amazing experience! Worth the drive across town without a doubt!

My niece and I came in because I needed a covid test. She came with me because her leg was fiery hot and red and the redness was almost to her knee. Dr John thought she had cellulitis and gave her antibiotics. Turned out she has necrotizing fasciitis and ended up in the hospitals and having the front of her leg from knee to ankle removed all the way to the bone. Thank God she saw Dr John because he told her if it got any worse to go to the hospital immediately. She might not have gone when she did if it wasn’t for him. I would recommend you all anytime. Thank you for your care. Ps. My covid test was negative!😃☺️

My nurse practitioners visit seemed uncaring, vague, and quick. I went in for symptoms of low blood sugar and symptoms of possible anemia. According to the medical student my blood sugar test suggested my level was a little low but nothing serious. When my doctor came in she said my sugar levels were great along with my blood pressure. ( it was actually high considering my normal rarely goes above 110 and my diastolic is always lower than 90) When I asked her to check my hemoglobin levels she told me to go to my primary care doctor. I waited a very long time for discharge paperwork especially considering nothing was wrong with me. They forgot I was in there and didn’t know they haven’t given me my paperwork.

This was my first time visiting Alliance Urgent Care. I was able to make an appointment online at 745am for an appointment at 845am. The process of checking in was quick and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Next, I was seen by the tech who was extremely thorough with his assessment and was also very friendly. Lastly, I saw the doctor who addressed my issue, pink eye, and even suggested I have a covid test. At the time, I had no idea this was a covid symptom, but I'm glad I had an informed doctor to make the suggestion. I was given a prescription for the pink eye and done with my entire appointment in less than 40 minutes. I would highly recommend Alliance to my friends and family.

I had an overall great experience. The 1 complaint I have is the answering service. It is not right that you have to sit on the phone for 18-25 minutes to make an appt only to be hung up on. Secondly, I took a Covid Test. I received a message 3 days later and was told to call a specific # which I did and again had to wait on the phone listening to a recording. I finally hung up and drove 35 minutes to the office I had the test at. I should have been given a direct # to the office at the time I checked out from the appt. This is poor customer/patient service. Thank you for your time and hopefully you can implement the suggestion offered. Also my husband drove to the office to get the appt for me since I couldn't do it by phone and did not have access to a computer.

Mixed message with NP not wearing mask. Understand and appreciate personal decisions. Just was surprised by this. I explained reason for visit re concerns re individual sneezing in my direction. Really didn’t need NP to provide reasons for sneezing (he explained the person might have allergies). Sneezing happens. The individual didn’t have a mask in and didn’t seem concerned re people around him. Also, suggesting people ought to calm down (not exact words but definitely implied) re virus. Understand NP first hand expertise and understanding of virus etc. and reasons for my visit (not symptomatic) for the test is not as important as someone having symptoms (if at all necessary anymore; news report that UK will be stopping testing; I was aware of this before scheduling my visit) it is for me, concerning. NP did an excellent job explaining when to be concerned and to get tested. I learned much from him. The young man who actually did the test was professional as well. Online service to get scheduled and tested was excellent. Thank you providing such an excellent service and much appreciation to entire staff.

I had a fever at 105 that eventually got brought down to 103 then to 100 and was throwing up and no other doctor would see me. They said they couldn’t see me because I had a fever and I was throwing up because those are signs of coronavirus. RIDICULOUS! It’s seems like any ill symptoms you have are now instantly put under as coronavirus. NextCare Urgent Care took me in with open arms. They still put there life at risk knowing I could possibly have covid. They gave me a rapid test and my test did come out NEGATIVE! They answered all my questions I had and were super nice to me even though I looked like a zombie. So so grateful for them considering I didn’t have to to the ER and get put with all the covid patients while having a weak immune system! Thank you so much NextCare Urgent Care!

Next Care Urgent Care is what I call “modern medicine”. Or “current care”. Meaning that the way Next Care is managed as a business and as a medical facility should be adopted by ALL medical facilities! Mind you this is for non life threatening issues. Go to the emergency room for that. For all other medical needs for any member of your family, I highly recommend going here or to a facility that is managed the same way. 1. Once you register you wait time can be managed from a smart phone. This provides you the opportunity to stay home until the staff is ready to see you. No waiting at the office. You can if you wish (aside from COVID related issues). They will text you when it is time to come in. Drive straight to the office and they will be expecting you. 2. Treatment is pretty standard but very friendly. No stuffy Dr. or clinical feeling. 3. They offer a membership program for $39 a month. To get started I paid around $170 for 3 months. My bill was well over $300 for the visit and two tests. Any future visit only costs $39 + and outside treatment and or testing if needed. For someone that doesn’t have OVER PRICED MEDICAL INSURANCE this is extremely affordable access to awesome medical care and preventative treatment. Even if you have medical insurance I would still recommend this service if nothing more then the wait time. We all know nursing a sick child is way easier at home then in the office. Plus you can’t beat the cost. Highly recommend! Go Next Care.

Quite a long wait time but do able. The MA or nurse who called for my info and came in for vitals was next to rude! I felt like I was putting her out by being there. She said "if you already have a positive Covid test, what are you doing here"? It was a positive home test and I needed an official lab test for an infusion referral. She was very snappy in her communication. But then the PA (Madison)came in and it was a whole different story. She was as sweet as can be. She was kind, understanding and was concerned for my needs. She listened to me and explained exactly what I needed to know and do. Thank you for people like Madison who can take a bad situation and make you feel better.

First time at this facility - went in for COVID test. The experience was like no other medical facility. The staff were amazing - knowledgeable, super professional, very focused on patient care, the provider’s bedside manner was an A++. Super facility - clean, fresh, very comfortable. The medical team offered sound options for moving forward without pressure - this place thinks in broader terms than some other medical centers. I was their first Covid positive patient of the day and I left feeling confident I had all the information and options to move through my COVID journey. I would highly recommend ImmediateCare Arizona to anyone in need of medical support.

I usually go here and have excellent service from my provider. I felt that I was brushed off and all my concerns were not addressed and all of my symptoms were passed off as covid . I wasn't impressed and was left just scared . It's sad when you can't even go to a doctor and automatically if your sick it's covid. Little to say I'll wait for my covid test before I subject myself to a hospital full of covid people . A chest x-ray might have been a good idea if you thought the pain in my back was related to covid! This is a one time experience for me . Usually a very positive experience .

I was pleasantly surprised. We came in without an appointment and the check in process was very smooth. We had to spend virtually no time in the waiting room as the front office staff checked us in quickly and then we completed the registration in the car. The wait time was surprisingly short considering everything going on right now with Covid. Both the nurse and the provider were great. Very friendly and professional. The front office employee was also very kind and efficient. I commend this team for working under such stressful times in healthcare during a pandemic. I’m a pharmacist and I understand the pressures. I wouldn’t have scored them lower even if I’d had to wait much longer because it’s just so tough right now with the pandemic but they were very efficient and test results came within 20 minutes for strep and Covid. Provider updated us when strep came back negative and then again when Covid was negative. This team did a beautiful job and treated my 13 year old daughter with respect and caring attitudes. Definitely recommend and will use this location again!

I needed a rapid covid test to take a cruise. I had a 48 hour window to get it, but on day two I was leaving at 5:00 a.m. . It gave me one day to get it. I had two other appointments set up, received confirmations etc but when I went to the appointment I was told I didn't have one. After a very stressful morning I was referred here. I was in and out of there in no time with my test result in hand. Thank you so very much for the friendliness of your staff and being available to administer the test. I will be back again for my next pre trip covid test.

Got us in on New Year’s Day. We were able to wait in our car, and look online how many patients were ahead of us which gave us a chance to grab a beverage and watch a movie in the car in the parking lot. They text us to come in when it was close to our turn. It was maybe an hour and a half on a holiday when no one else was open at 6:30 in the evening We scheduled an appt with Solv earlier today, drove a long way to test and the clinic never opened despite our confirmation. Which ruined out whole day searching for somewhere else

I came in with a fever and vomiting and completely out of it. The wait time was alittle long but only because i didn’t have an appointment but i knew i needed to be seen as soon as possible. The staff was super kind and the doctor especially he took care of me while i was there bringing down my fever and treating my nausea while we waited for results. He didn’t send me off like most places with a yes or no covid text. They really care about your well being and make you feel important and not as just another patient. Ran extra tests and took extra care of me. Thank you Nextcare

On Nov 30th *** visited the facility on 19th Ave phoenix az. Needed and they understood what I needed a rapid test. I was told that the results should be ready the next morning. Stopped in next day no result. I never received any notification from those folks at the 19th Ave phoenix. I finally called what appeared to be the headquarters for the urgent care and these folks tracked down my results. It certainly was not a rapid test and I had to take 3 or more days to get help. I was told that I could pickup a copy of the results at the next are in my town of Casa Grande az. Those folks were excellent and the reviews I listed 5 stars was for the Casa Grande Az office.

I was very impressed by the quality of medical services my son received here. The doctor was friendly & wasn't rushing us through our appointment and he was genuinely concerned over my son's situation. He ran some tests on him, and this was a bonus because results are done in house and results are within minutes. The quality of the medical care received was very much appreciated. The friendly front desk staff were nice and attentive right away. I also appreciated the clean & sanitized facility and that it wasn't so packed wirh people waiting around. It seems their appointment scheduling system works because it wasn't overwhelming packed and as someone left, someone walked in. I will definitely choose this place 1st before going to urgent care.

Waited one hour even though we had an appointment. Got into the room and had the vitals etc. done, then waited another 20 minutes or the provider. Not his fault, way too many patients and no other providers on staff. Need better staffing. Also, probably need better training on doing the eye test. We were there for a sports physical and the eye test they did showed severe vision problems, which we thought was odd. Went to our optometrist the next day for an exam and vision test was perfectly normal. Need some better system for people to wait if they have Covid symptoms. We were not there for Covid, but many others were. They were, appropriately, asked to wait outside or in their vehicles. Problem was they were waiting out there for 2+ hours. It was a really hot day. So they were in their cars roasting or with air-conditioning on and running their vehicles. Contributing to pollution and global warming. There has to be a better system than that.

I had such a pleasant experience at this urgent care on Camelback road. I honestly hate going to any doctor or urgent care, but I needed a Covid test because I was having symptoms. Everyone from the front desk staff, medical assistants, and the PA were wonderful. I really wish I knew the PAs name because I’d name her on this review. Everyone was so nice, thorough, professional and helpful. It was easy to register and to check out. It was a great experience and I would definitely come back…Thank you everyone for continuing to serve on the front lines during Covid 19 and putting your own health on the line to help all of us who are sick and in need of care. I wish you the best during the holidays and pray for continued good health…

Thatcher Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
