Great people and they are all very friendly. They will approach you under the pretense that they are there to help you. However, their main objective is to siphon off your bank account through your insurance company. First, they bill your insurance far more than what is considered reasonable to treat your condition. Insurance pays what is reasonable. Months later you receive the bill and you are left wondering how they could possibly justify the thousands for dollars you are now being told you have to pay. The truth is they can't and they don't have to. That is just the way it is and there is nothing you can do about it; except tell others not to make the same mistake you just did.

I continue to refer as many friends and family as I can to the practice and the trusted practitioners here. I’m always well taken care of by the entire team. I feel listen to and remembered. Quality of care is what I received every time! Bella goes out of her way to get you taken care of. Anna is a trusted member of my health team and works side by side with Dr Kliennert. All the medical assistants do the same for the doctors and PAs. I love this place for that . I’ve moved several times since joining here and I still call this place my health care home! Staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. Wait was minimal. Will be returning to this place if my family needs urgent care.
