I did the online scheduling and walked in too my appointment like they was ready for me..got in Dr already remember me and got me right in and right out

I went in to get a TB skin test on Saturday. They are open 7 days a week, super convenient. All staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

Excellent service provided.  Check-in was speedy and interactions with the medical staff was professional and caring.  After I left, I drove straight to pharmacy where my prescription was there waiting on me.

All employees- reception, nurse, provider- were excellent. The website makes it so easy to book an appointment and complete paperwork.  Prescriptions are called in immediately. An excellent experience and more importantly- the treatment has been very effective and my health much improved within hours.

I checked in online and was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I didn’t remember everyone’s name but Jamorea and NP Caroline took their time to listen to me. Great care. 10/10 recommend.

Check_in is a little complicated. Staff helped with all questions. Staff was very friendly. Doctor was a great help. I appreciate their help. It’s not first time Ive used this group .

Woke up this morning with a very sore throat and fever.  I went to AFC and was able to check in and see the doctor in under an hour. Great service from check in to check out.

I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

Scheduling online was easy (and really a good way to go as they were really busy on a Sunday with a bug going around our area). Staff had a good attitude and handled some frustrated customers very well. Received medications and treatment quickly and have been getting better. I would recommend using their services.

Not a long wait, np was able to diagnose me and provide prescription. Bedside manner was good. Cost was very reasonable and what I expected. Would recommend to others.

Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.

I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

Scheduling & check in were easy on line which saved time. I was called back about 30 minutes after the appointment time. So not bad. Staff were very nice. Once I was called, everything went quickly & smoothly.

Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! Thank you, Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care team for the supportiveness of care and treatment, for myself kiddos and myself!
