I thought the office was clean and well staffed. The online check-in is easy to follow. The wait time was reasonable, considering the number of people there. I thought the PA I saw was very good. The only problem was that the staff never sent the prescription to my pharmacy and since it was over the holidays, everything was closed at their office so I could not ask them to resend it. I was not able to start the prescription right away, which was disappointing.

The PA was kind and non alarming! I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! I was feeling faint/weak so when I walked in, the receptionist got me to an exam room immediately. The Dr. and his assistant really listened to me and preformed each test I asked for. Very thorough and great staff. I have come another time when I wasn't feeling well, and would come back again if I don't feel well.
