Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Staff was very polite very professional. Made me feel very comfortable with my experience.

Everything was great but I was the last patient on a Friday night and my prescription never made it to the pharmacy; I even checked back the next morning. But there was no one to call at your office so I had to go to another clinic with weekend hours just to get the antibiotics I came to you for.

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

I make it a practice never to respond to requests for reviews, but I had to make an exception for DOCS Urgent Care. From the easy and clear online intake, to the courteous people at the front desk, to the professionals who examined me and ultimately diagnosed the lab results, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, informative and comforting. I enthusiastically recommend this provider.

Everything was good except the waiting for a provider to call in for my appointment . There wasn't a provider in the office.

Have weekly appts with Dr. Marshall for an ongoing condition. Scheduling easy, check in great. Dr. Marshall has great bedside manner & is working hard to resolve my condition. Highly recommend him.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

I was a new patient and had a 230 appointment....I expected to be there a while....but not 2 hrs! I did t get seen until 315! The dr and staff were very nice! But it took way to long!

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

Very quick and everyone was polite and very caring

I never scheduled a follow up appointment and one wasn’t suggested. I have to check with my insurance company now. This is great…
