Needed a prescription for my thyroid and also to see if I had a sinus infection. I got my prescription, but was told I had fluid in both ears and never got meds for a sinus infection. Tried to call but it was after hours so no one answered.Need lab results.

I have (previously) taken my husband and my grown daughter to AFC for immediate care. Today, it was my turn! I was familiar with the registration process and the helpfulness of the office staff. The facility (here in Niceville, FL) is very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the short wait time, and the very good care provided by all staff members. After having a sore throat on Thursday around 2 PM, I was able to log in and schedule an appointment at 11:48 on Friday, and be diagnosed with Covid within a matter of about 45 minutes. The care team was very nice and friendly and they said they could tell I did not feel well. Even though it sucks to be diagnosed with Covid for the first time, the staff was nice and comforting.
