I was very impressed. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The P.A gave several useful suggestions for addressing my dry, sore throat. Most of all, I appreciated being able to make an appointment. The urgent care centers I have visited in the past did not offer appointments and sometimes i waited many hours to be seen. Today I was in and out in 40 minutes. I will definitely use Priority Urgent Care again.

The young lady who checked me in was friendly and professional. Ms Grant who went over my issue was thorough and professional . I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!
