I work in healthcare. Thus was one of the best experiences I’ve had with urgent care. The staff at this clinic is your dream team. The provider was excellent.

Everything good except they couldn't find a vein to draw blood from...

We were told the wait should be 30-40 minutes, but it was much longer. The staff was nice, but seemed rushed and overworked. This office needs additional doctors/nurses.

Easy to schedule an appointment or be put on a waiting list!  Love this place!

I called due to my son having ear pain- they were booked up but scheduled me for the afternoon and said I could still try walking in. I got there and they very quickly checked me in and got us seen in under 5 minutes. The Dr did not keep us waiting for more than 5-10 minutes and was able to diagnose and get us out quickly. The dr was amazing with my 5 year old and made jokes and made it fun for him. They listened to our concerns and requests and I am very grateful for them! I would recommend anyone check them out.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I woke up this AM with UTI sx. My insurance sent me to Tran Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of scheduling, the care, and the prompt care as well. I would like to see an improved patient portal experience. The provider and staff were kind and knowledgeable.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Great experience. Took my daughter in for a sore throat, had an appointment within an hour, was seen and got results fast. The team was friendly, caring, and efficient.

I went to Indigo for a second visit for the same ear infection. This time me I saw Michelle. She was wonderful. She listened to me, changed the medication and added one. After only two days I’m starting to feel a difference. The staff is always courteous, friendly and extremely efficient. My prescriptions are always called into the pharmacy even before I leave the office.  I really value this place. They bill my insurance and seldom make me wait more than a day or two to get in. I actually prefer it to my insurance physicians. BTW I was offered an appt in my network for an INFECTION in 4 months!  Unbelievable.

Experience is always a 10 star! Ease of making a same day appointment, zero to 10min wait time, friendly staff and NP's I've never been dissapointed! This place is better than any doctor office I've been to! Bedside manner is over the top which is my #1 priority! They are simply the best!

The process and wait time took way too long. Way too long for a simple visit

Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

I haven't been to the doctors in almost a decade and my previous experiences were not so great but many of those bad experiences were shattered today from having a positive experience at Indigo. Jay was very professional and kind and helped me walk through the processes at my appointment. The office was clean, organized, and well functioning. Thank you.

When I came down with sinus infection symptoms and freaked out that I could not get seen in my doctors office, I was very grateful to be able to get on an Indigo waitlist and then squeezed into be seen by an urgent care provider. Everyone was lovely, very friendly and professional. I was even impressed by the prompt care others received while I waited to be seen. Someone with a clearly injured leg/foot was immediately offered a wheel chair and taken back. (I knew I’d need to wait and it makes sense that someone with worse condition would get care first!). But I very much appreciated the great customer service and care I observed and myself also received. Once I got taken back, the nurse had great bedside manner. And then Dr. Lem was kind, quick but thorough, and got me assessed, treated and recommended follow up with a specialist. I very much appreciated the quality care I received! Honestly, my only frustration with the entire visit was the card reader went down, so I couldn’t pay. I can’t say how much I really appreciated the quality care that got me in and out on my way, though. Thanks to the whole staff and Dr. Lem!

Super kind staff and very efficient! 12/10 experience.

I was suffered from an asthma attack and it was one of the scariest experiences I have had. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the right treatment. I felt very well taken care of. I’m truly grateful for all the help I got while I was there. Thank you.

Savalee has seen us a few times now, and she has been wonderful! We’re very grateful for the care team at this particular Indigo.

The medical team helped me in every way possible, now i’m waiting on a diagnosis. Was told it would be an hour wait to see a doctor but it only took 25 min.
