A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

They got us right in! The nurses were so sweet and gave my one year old toys to keep him entertained while they examined him. The doctor was super friendly and very knowledgeable!

The lab did not have rapid PCR supplies for our Friday morning test, in preparation for a Sunday international flight. Amy took samples for longer PCR test and made sure results were available before they closed the lab for the weekend. Amy also followed up on her cell to notify us that our results were available on their portal and left a number in case we encountered problems.

Overall I loved my experience. Only complaint is after checking in and filling out all the links sent to me I had a 15 minute wait and when being called the front office stated I didn’t check in when I clearly had a link that said I was checked in and showed there were 0 people in front of me. I’m fine with mistakes just own it. But the rapid test was simple and painless thanks to the PA

I had to get a rapid COVID test for attending a concert, and used OnPoint due to my regular physician being booked. This could have been something to easily dismiss as mundane and routine - thus cutting corners on service/bed-side manner. Definitely not the case with this visit. The online process to register, book appointment, and check in was very easy to navigate and get through quickly. The staff with whom I interacted were all friendly, and professional with a genuine care for me as a patient/customer. I will definitely be returning to On Point for any future urgent care needs.

I had glitches trying to enter my paperwork at home. It worked fine outside NextCare. Once information was completed they notified me of people ahead of me and had me wait in the car. A few minutes later they had me enter a patient room. Between swab and result, the Rapid test took around 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. Truly an excellent experience.

I have had a horrific cold going on 10 days now and my husband is starting to get it now. We came in for a COVID test just to be sure. Our doctor was very thorough to the point where she ordered a chest X-ray to be sure I didn’t have pneumonia. My O2 level was quite low so she was quite concerned about that. The doc questioned us both very thoroughly. It was nice we could go in the same room together as well. We booked our appointment on line.

I never went inside. ALL Covid testing and sign-up was done outside by instructions clearly stated on their front door and windows…. and I briefly waited comfortably in my car. Easy to navigate the website. Quick test and fast results! My only concern is in re: to the paper result copy you get. It looks almost “homemade” and is in funky print black-n-white. A colored document would “appear” so much more professional and legit. I just hope the “professional Concert event” that I’m attending this weekend will except it as real and legitimate, and won’t think that I made it up myself. It honestly looks like something I could have typed up at home by pulling some “standard form” off the Internet. I am one of those people that came here to get a test NOT because I was ill, but because I needed to show that I have had a TRUE negative result in the past 48-72hrs. as is REQUIRED by this facility, and which I DID!! I thought : “YES, I am UN-vaccinated (for my own personal reasons) but, I am WELL, and I can therefore attend a performance in a very nice and well established performance hall, likely even sitting shoulder to shoulder, because I Legitimately went out of my way to make this test happen.” However, this doc falls short of “appearing” top-notch professional, EVEN THOUGH everyone I came in contact with either by phone or in person at this facility was incredibly professional! An identification stamp, an attached colored brochure representing the clinic, or even a “live” signature (added just before handing it to me) would’ve been better than this. I am just hoping and praying that this works to admit me to this special event, which was always my intent for doing this in the 1st place. Maybe my comments here will help in some small way to improve the professionalism of the documentation that you receive after getting your test done. Everything else about this facility was extremely pleasant and swift. And the employees were terrific! Wait Time = wonderful. Check-in = swift. Booked thru my smart phone. My cost for this test is YTBD due to not knowing up front, because I never called my insurance provider 1st. But I wasn’t worried about that from the get-go. It’s a great place to SUPPORT!!

We were at Next Care to get a COVID test for our granddaughter. We did not go in the facility..doctor came out to our car. I made a reservation for 3:40. We got there at 3:25....called then waited on hold until 4:00 until we were officially checked in. At 4:05 the doctor and assistant came out to the car. They were great...helped Olivia feel comfortable(she’s 14) and waited with us until her blood pressure came down.

Filling out the paperwork was frustrating for me because I didn't have space on my phone to take pictures of my ID and insurance card. But they took very good care of me. And the person that came out to take my test was awesome! Concerned about my asthma and willing to give me help if I need it. I did not so that was great. I was in and out of there pretty quick

Sat in my car waiting for 30 min after I checked in online. I was there for a Covid test so I was testing to be respectful by waiting in my car. Then I saw people that checked in after me coming off the list so I went inside. Turns out I needed to fill out additional paperwork and that was why I wasn’t being helped. This was never communicated to me.

NextCare was able to get my daughter in for a rapid COVID test very quickly. While we were there, the physician suggested that we get her a rapid strep test and a rapid flu test. I totally forgot about strep throat and the flu when all we hear about is COVID. I was grateful for their recommendation. The staff was friendly, timely, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this facility and will plan on using it again.

Easy to make my appointment online. I came during peak hours (around 6:30pm) to get a COVID test so I expected to have to wait. My appointment was for 6:40 and I was finally seen around 7:30pm. The doctor who attended to me (Diane) was very friendly and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I really appreciated that. I was out within 30 minutes or so with a negative test and a much better understanding of what to do to stay safe.

First time user and believer! Nextcare made it super easy and the staffer providing the covid test was just awesome, he was sensitive with the swab and we joked the whole time. My only complaint would be the website mislead the services and process causing an extra trip. Someone answered the phone by the second ring each time which is just unheard of in this pandemic environment.. kudos!

The doctor told me that the antibodies test I was about to take was highly inaccurate. (Another doctor from your same facility told my husband that the test is highly accurate.) Then the doctor told me that even if I have antibodies, I should get the vaccine to be better protected. When I told him that I had heard that the people who are having the most trouble with the vaccine are the ones who already have antibodies, he said, “I’ve been an army ranger. I’m not afraid of pain,” He was arrogant and condescending.

As one who tested positive for Covid . the 2 gentleman I had the honor of dealing with were FAR BEYOND professional, and made the entire process simpler then I imagined and treated me with absolute concern and respect!!!!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I would like to say thank you for everything I encountered today! And with all of the negativity that seems to be going on in the world right now, the way I was treated by 2 of your employees today, actually gives me hope for humanity. And I hope that their professionalism is recognized by your organization !!!

Th staff was great! My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to talk to someone at the facility to confirm that I could get the test that I wanted prior to me waiting until they called to say I was next. I did call the customer service line and they were super nice but since they weren’t at the facility they couldn’t give me the concrete info I was looking for.

I saw good reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. I’m very happy with the experience. The automated system was easy to navigate and when I still had questions the person I spoke to was patient and informative. The virtual visit process was easy to navigate and the provider was a good partner in my son’s care. We did drive up testing and the person that helped us was calm and helpful. Thank you all.

Very easy and quick! Booked online, arrived to the appt early, and we were actually done and walking out before the scheduled appt time. Took about 15 minutes total for 2 of us to get tested, and got results about 45 minutes later. The employees were very friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and easy to get to and park at. I would recommend this place!

We needed to get a rapid antigen covid test quickly because we were exposed to covid and had a lot of family coming into town. Other clinics were out of the test or unavailable. We contacted your clinic, got our tests and results within 2 hours! We can now safely interact with our family with no worries. We are grateful for the efficient, expedient and friendly service that you provided for us!

Excellent help from Next Care: *** Grant Street. Thornton, Colorado. The receptionist was outstanding and very professional. Her name was Amanda and a credit to your business. The clinician who gave us a rapid Covid test was also excellent. Her name was Alea. We attended the clinic 9/03/*** in the AM. We would like them both to have special recognition for their services. Wait time was a little lengthy. We arrived at 8:10 and seen at 10:00. We did not have a scheduled appointment.

Bayfield Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
