The front desk person was rude when I told her we met out out of pocket maximum. She said we still need to pay and that they wouldn’t refund me as it goes to Blue Shield. She offered to reschedule to when her supervisor was there on Monday. I couldn’t do that with my daughter being sick. I told her last time I paid Med 7 a copay they never reimbursed me. She said they’re a different company now. It was very frustrating and should have been verified with insurance prior to my arrival since I had an appointment. The PA was great.

Nurse took vitals and checked my feet. Doctor came in and examined my feet. Determined a treatment plan. Nurse did the bandage and wraps. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Excellent.
