Very easy to schedule an appt!  Once there, wait time was short and staff was very friendly! Left with prescription on order.  Would definitely recommend.

Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

Woke up with a sore throat was able to get in super early. All staff were professional and friendly! Thanks!

Call doc on Sunday and they recommended I get screen asap for suspected shingles. Was in an out in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the level of professional care, Very happy that this place is here at Northgate Revere MA easy to reach fast help for those in need without the grief of seeking out avail appointments with routine Dr office aggravation! This staff was pleasant and caring!  Peace of mind that the ER of a hospital is avoided along with the drama or cost! Knowing this place is open everyday is comforting again the staff is totally on point as to listen & even provided paperwork of the visit detailing amazing! P.A. The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.

Had stomach discomfort for 3 days so decided to try this clinic.  I was pleasantly surprised on all levels.  Many tests were taken and diagnosis given by the PA.  Would definitely recommend this location!
