Great care from the staff and Brittney the PE. They saw us quickly and Brittney did a great job helping my daughter with stitches care.

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

Staff were extremely helpful and transparent about cost since I was self pay with no insurance. Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!

Went in to check on a pesky cough. The staff was very friendly. The MA was very friendly. The provider was promote and knowledgeable. Over all a great experience.

I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.
