I had a follow up with Bettina. She was wonderful and extremely helpful. She absolutely saved me last week! Her bedside manner is superb! The xray technician was also kind, compassionate and friendly, as well as the receptionist. You definitely feel cared for there. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

Still awaiting results from overnight strep test and it was taken Saturday at 3pm?   All else was great.

Each and every staff person was very friendly and professional. It was a positive experience

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to

My mom has Alzheimer’s and she had a recurring UTI. The first time it happened we went to a different urgent care. They insisted we go to the ER. The ER ran a bunch of tests and said she was ok but I came home and looked at the paperwork and it was obvious she had a UTI. So I had to wait until Monday to get a telehealth with her PCP who prescribed an antibiotic. It just wasn’t strong enough.  Flash forward two weekends later and she tested positive with an at-home kit. I scheduled an appointment, brought my mom in and they prescribed a stronger antibiotic despite my mom being unable to provide a sample. They were incredibly kind and patient.  We went right to the pharmacy and got her prescription. This is how it should be. I won’t waste my time with other places anymore.

Walked in this morning was pleasantly greeted Great Staff 👍👍

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

I've been coughing really bad for a week. Made an appointment, which was very easy, check in went very well. The doctor took good care of me, he told me things that no other doctor has. Things that will help me now and in the future. Very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend going here.

I thought you had actual doctors who see patients. I guess not. Very deceiving. APRNs are not doctors.
