I fell on my shins 10 days ago, they are so tender to touch so lightly even, They took X-rays and said there were no broken bones and no blood clots, Jerilyn was very professional and gave me a referral to an orthopedic and suggested to have an mri or Ct scan to make sure of other inner injuries… I was in and out of there in a half hour… all the staff were very pleasant, I would go there again in a minute and I live 30 minutes away .

the staff was great in helping with my autistic son, even when we had to hold him down to get a covid test

Could not receive results from COVID 19 test. Website said user was already used. I have been to urgent care a few years ago. No workaround

- Verified patient on 7/29

Very fast, and efficient, the reason for my visit was a PCR test for travel, which on the website states results in 1 day, then after being tested it’s 1 to 3 days, if it’s more then 1 day I will need to cancel my trip! I was tested at 830am, so we’ll see when I receive my results

I made the appointment online, checked in via the link w/in the text upon arrival. I was informed when I could enter (literally just a few minutes wait). Greeted immediately inside, a quite pleasant nurse “Kim” I believe was her name, collected vitals, and test samples. We shared a quick conversation. The Physician was equally pleasant and thorough. Thanks

Televisit (Jessyca?) was some of the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. Even my wife commented on it. Testing at Ridgefield was quick and professional.

I went there for my third Covid test. The staff is very professional and friendly given the environment they are working in. Each time has been a quick test procedure and very fast turnaround on results. I’m pretty pleased

I had to give five stars because basically overall every time I go to Physician one, I have no problem.I would recommend, and I have already to friends,to go to Physician one.The person that came in to give me the test she, said to me nothing is free, Covid testing is not free .Covid testing is supposed to be for free, I wasn’t too crazy about her personality , I was asking her questions about the PCR that she said she was giving me and it seem like she was getting annoyed to answer questions. I didn’t understand right away .I am a school bus driver, you hear on the news testing is free. The Women ,that gave me the test I’ve never seen her there before and I didn’t get her name.

This was my first covid test and it was painless. I felt very comfortable talking to the PA there who was very informative and understood how I felt.

I appreciate having a regular & rapid Covid test without having to ask. Nurse was extremely gentle with nose swab. Staff was very kind.

- Verified patient on 1/30

Staff is great and I get my test done quickly and wait time for results is good. They schedule my next appointment as I’m walking out and keep up with that!

- Verified patient on 10/28

I was very upset to hear when my daughter got the covid test done we couldn’t wait in the car afterwards. I did not like the fact of waiting in that small room for a hour wondering what kind of sickness the person had in there before us . It really was upsetting. Next time I have to go I will insist that I wait outside after. Because now we are negative, but could have caught something being in that room. I felt claustrophobic waiting and thinking what if?

I made an online appointment for a Covid-19 Rapid test. I checked in & was contacted in less than 10 min to answer a few questions. The nurse was pleasant and instructed me to come in following the questions. She was prompt, professional and pleasant, explained the test she was to perform. Dr. Rose answered several questions for me. She was quite informative & pleasant as well. Thanks! KD

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. However, I did not appreciate the moral lecture from the doctor after receiving a positive Covid test. In the future, please remind your doctors to keep the discussion about morality out of the exam room. I am responsible for my friends and family not of those who choose of their own free will to not get vaxxed or those who are unable to be vaxxed because of their health circumstances.

Staff was great only thing was wait time. Someone bleeding all over and requiring stitches in my opinion is more important than a rapid test cause someone might have been exposed to a virus.

- Verified patient on 9/9

I came in for a Covid test but with specific health concerns . The PA Christine took so much time with me and listened . She arranged a chest exray for 2 days later as well . She was really exceptional .

Pre-booked my appointment. Called from the parking lot when i got there. They called me back to do my registration paperwork over the phone. Then called me in for my appoint within 5 minutes. Administered my test and got my results within 15 minutes. Painless

I came in for an antibody test. The receptionist told me to come back just before closing. Only to come back and find out that they do not do the antibody test at that time due to Quest Diagnostics already picked up the labs for the day. If this were explained to me, I would’ve come back at an earlier time or made an appointment another day. Instead of wasting my time. I was given a lab order for quest for my antibody test to be done there instead. Annoyed!

Derby Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
