Scheduling for my next appointment was off because they really don't know the doctor Schedule for next month and I needed enough time for my blood work to be back so that the doctor can read my results..

I needed quick primary care services. DOCS was able to facilitate this. Joseph the FNP was stellar and extremely helpful. Thankful for this clinic and staff.

I thank the team that was there yesterday and was able to see me sooner. Very nice and caring and I recommend DOCS of New Haven.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

I had a very good experience. I want to thank everyone at PhysicianOne for their highly professional care and treatment of me.

First off I just want to say that this urgent care is one of the best urgent care I’ve ever been to my whole life. The staff was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure. All my needs are met. I love feeling nothing more but at ease, I recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants Care that leaves you feeling satisfied if I could give this a 100 out of 100 instead of a 5 star I would Not only were they helpful. They were extremely nice and caring, and they really took their time to get to the bottom of my condition once again. I want to think all the staff faculty that work at this urgent care at Bethel. Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..
