I made an appt in east haven but they called to let me know that they were short staffed so we switched it to the Branford office. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. I ended up with a video appt which was really cool because I could see my ear infection in the camera. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes.

I walked in, in the afternoon, was seen quickly, was given a prescription for bronchitis and a prescription for my cough.  I am so grateful for being treated properly and promptly.  I would definitely recommend that provider.  He was the best!!!

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

My chest was tight I couldn’t breath well because of my asthma so I booked and appointment and as I walked in they took care of me and I was happy with their services.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.
