I thought that the Apex group was very nice, and very sharp. I had the issue a few weeks that was treated by another clinic. Helped but said to go to an ENT. That would have been January. Beth gave me 3 different prescriptions that have already helped immensely. . Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgable. Thanks Apex.

I received texts prior to coming in confirming my appointment and the a text to check in when i arrived. Heidi took my insurance card and ID the saw me to a room. She took thorough history of symptoms, and check with Melissa APRN to see whst tests to run! Heidi explained test and how it would go and length of time it would take. Melissa was friendly took thorough history and explained all the tests she would run and how long results would take. In mean time she prescribed medications and informed me when test results would likely be back. Melissa also included what OTC remedies I could use for symptoms. Overall a great experience especially when I was feeling so awful. Great job highly recommend to others in this community! Thank you!.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I took my 11 year old daughter because two other family members were covid positive and she had had a headache yesterday. She knew she would get a test and was apprehensive. However, the NP was fantastic and explained how it would feel like pool water rushing up her nose and not be painful. My daughter did great and now we just wait and see.

- Verified patient on 8/30

I arrived at 8:30am so I could get in line. When I went into hallway I read a sign that said go back to your car & fill out paperwork. I tried to retrieve paperwork but couldn’t find it. I then called the office #. A very rude women asked if I had a Dr’s referral. She then rudely transferred me to a main # which was no help. I went back into hallway & waited in a line. Then one person said to someone you have to take photo of a code to get you paperwork. I then tried to get photo which took several try’s. I returned to my car & filled it out. It was lengthy & took some time. Finally I submitted it & received a note saying their were 0 patients ahead of me. So I went back into hallway. I looked threw the window on door & saw a patient filling out paperwork on a clip board. So I went in. The window urgent care lady came to window & explained to me I needed to wait in my car fit a text. She said all the rooms were occupied. She was nice. So I did but was concerned because I was the 2nd car there at 8:30am & had all these other patients before me. At 10:30am I was text to come in & go to room 8. So I checked in at window again & was told someone would come out to get me. I then was called to enter the room. The nurse was nice in asking me questions & taking vitals. I asked if I was to receive the regular test & she said yes. She also explained the wait period for results. I was given the test with a protruding stick going into each nostril for 7 seconds in each nostril. She said it would tickle but it didn’t. It was only slightly uncomfortable. Dr Lana then came in. She asked me questions & had me try to smell a alcohol swab. She was very nice & concerned. I felt confident & comfortable with the Dr & nurse. The Dr explained the patient letter sheets the nurse had given me. She was very thorough. At 11am I was released & able to go home.

Blood drawn for lab test easy in easy out didn't feel the Jab thumbs up all around

- Verified patient on 7/27

Everything was good, but I asked if I could get a blood type test if I pay upfront, they told me it had to be ordered by a physician. I don't think that is correct... pretty sure I saw it on your "self order tests".

- Verified patient on 1/17

Great experience especially with taking the time to find the proper lab test the doctor requested.

- Verified patient on 4/1

It was fantastic. Easiest and best blood test ever!

- Verified patient on 4/19

This happens frequently-at least two previous visits. This time, in order to keep it from happening again, I came in and asked what was on order. She said PSA. That’s incorrect. I needed a Lipid panel for cardiologist. Apparently, urologist needed a PSA, too, and I didn’t know about that. She denied there was a lipid panel test. So she checked MORE CLOSELY and found the lipid panel. It looked like it was on a different line or a lower section of the order screen. Therefore, your IT department needs to get involved so it’s ALL on one screen and you don’t have to scroll to find it. Must keep things simple! So I got what I needed (YAY!) and didn’t have to return later after the doctors office tells me they never got the results. Then I have to return and do it all over again, which is inconvenient and frustrating. Plus, I think they get thrown off because I frequently order my own labs as I am monitoring my Lymphocytes. That number keeps rising for unknown reasons. I LOVE that I can order my own labs. You ought to consider expanding the list of available tests. Thanks for this opportunity to help you be more efficient.

Had blood drawn for a PSA test my Dr. requested. Everything about my Compunet visit went great from start to finish. Student was a little nervous but I believe everyone needs opportunity to be trained. She did a great job and got the vein on the first attempt. I was impressed and I let her know she did great. * After she was done I also let her know that previous nurses have had trouble getting a vein on me. Thx Ken H.

After signing in at the kiosk, I didn’t have to wait more than a couple minutes before being called up to the front desk. She took my insurance info and confirmed type of test. Then just a couple minutes later I was escorted back by the tech. She was courteous and did an excellent job drawing blood. When I asked her for the online lab result website, she quickly supplied the information. Very pleased with the staff and facility.

They were very helpful in getting my sister her blood test quickly She is autistic and can not wait around along in one place. The only complaint is the continued mask mandates which are useless and don't work and cause issues for patients with mental disorders.

Springboro Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
