I received texts prior to coming in confirming my appointment and the a text to check in when i arrived. Heidi took my insurance card and ID the saw me to a room. She took thorough history of symptoms, and check with Melissa APRN to see whst tests to run! Heidi explained test and how it would go and length of time it would take. Melissa was friendly took thorough history and explained all the tests she would run and how long results would take. In mean time she prescribed medications and informed me when test results would likely be back. Melissa also included what OTC remedies I could use for symptoms. Overall a great experience especially when I was feeling so awful. Great job highly recommend to others in this community! Thank you!.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

My wife and I needed to get Covid tests after a recent possible virus exposure and chose Premiere Urgent Care. Annie and Jill took care of us and I simply cannot commend them enough for their kindness, professionalism, compassion, and superb skill. Annie and Jill helped to not only ease our anxiety about possibly being exposed to the virus and the discomfort of the test itself, but were highly informative as well. Both were careful to administer the tests in the quickest and most gentle way possible. I am incredibly grateful to have such a phenomenal urgent care so close to home staffed with such amazing medical professionals.

Love Compunet-Paragon Rd! The staff members are friendly, efficient and competent in their jobs. I like being able to schedule appointments online and even order tests for myself in between my normal lab check ups. I highly recommend this location!

- Verified patient on 12/16

My doctor submitted this test to Compunet about 2-3 weeks ago. I was in the same lab about a week ago for another test. They had this PSA test in the system at that time but the staff recommended that I wait for this test until this week to be within 5 days of my doctor appt. When I arrived today, your receptionist said the PSA test was not in your system. It was in your system last week and had been there just a few weeks. I had to contact the doctor to have them resend the order. Doctor had no explanation for why Compunet did not still have the original order. What happened?

- Verified patient on 10/26

It was a great experience overall. The staff was super friendly and encouraging since I was there for 3 hours for a glucose test. The only issue I had was never receiving a phone call back to schedule my appointment. I was told to call and schedule it since it was for the glucose test. I left 2 messages since you cannot talk to a live person and never got a call back. I ended up scheduling the appointment online.

Having recently moved to Ohio, my new doctor ordered Lab tests. They need a sign outside by the road to inform patients of their location. The staff was awesome, very friendly, and polite. Doctor recommended Patient approved! Great place. 🥇. Thank you.❤️

- Verified patient on 4/28

The team there was very helpful and kind. My codes were written for a different lab and they went to the trouble of calling my doctor and straightening out the confusion on the tests I needed. Easy needle insertion- no bruising! I would highly recommend.

This place is awesome, it really is. The staff is faced with incredible challenges right now with covid and they are doing a fantastic job. Online scheduling is a huge plus. This was the only place I could get into before Tuesday to get a covid test.

Everyone was so friendly that I felt like staying after my appointment just to hang out with them! Never had such a positive experience getting a uncomfortable Covid test! These ladies deserve a raise!

Best experience for a blood draw! Was taken on time, everyone was kind and efficient. And Kodie was spot on with drawing my blood on the FIRST ATTEMPT, whereas people have always failed in the past. Very impressive. Tina was awesome in getting all the codes needed for my 30 blood tests. The front admin was kind and very hospitable. A-TEAM at Compunet on Paragom! Really had a wonderful visit with some spectacular women there!

They where great. Their bedside manner was amazing and as a bonus I didn’t even throw up when she did the streptococcus test!! I always do until now. They both were very understanding and spoke up due to my hearing loss. Thank you.

I just want to say thank you everyone was so kind and caring and compassionate. Truly putting Patients First. I would much rather spend a few minutes and an urgent care I don't get the same or better quality Care then you would receive in an emergency room. An emergency room they are so busy and so overpacked that usually you just don't get as much one-on-one attention from staff. This is the first time I've been to urgent care in years and I've got to say I'm very pleased. I called ahead they told me about their website they tell you what all they are capable of doing there what kind of testing what kind of care unbelievable thank you all very much.

I came in without an appointment this morning and only had to wait a few minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend this place if you have any medical tests done.

Went in for a 3 hour glucose test and the staff made the longer process as comfortable as they could. Every person who drew my blood (4 separate times) did a great job! I will return to this location if my doctor orders any more labs.

I took my 11 year old daughter because two other family members were covid positive and she had had a headache yesterday. She knew she would get a test and was apprehensive. However, the NP was fantastic and explained how it would feel like pool water rushing up her nose and not be painful. My daughter did great and now we just wait and see.

Went for a blood test. She missed my vein the first time. I figured she would, it was not unexpected...haha. It would make some people upset, but I don't sweat it. Anyway, good place n kind people. Tell your nurse with the Shitzu all is well.

I walked in for a Covid test without an appointment. Gary was so gracious and accommodating. I only 4 stars for wait time, but who wants to wait and really it wasn’t very long. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours.

- Verified patient on 9/18

Dean welcomed me to the practice and was very courteous, and welcoming. Also the nurse that took my test was also. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but a very smiley face outside of the mask. Explained the procedure and anything else I needed to know. I’m a visitor from the U.K. over on business and so the test was essential to be COVID health responsible. I will definitely recommend this practice.

Staff was friendly and personable, treated each person with dignity. This is important to because each person is there for a diagnostic test to determine a life or death situation. Carrying attitudes from those who give care are important.

First time experience: Had a bad reaction to a shot I was given - they were extremely nice and gave me an icepack, a pillow, and allowed to lay down and wait till I was feeling better to leave. No rush at all. Answered all questions and took concerns seriously! Without insurance paid $99 for the visit and pretty much $35 for any addition test or shot

Centerville Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
