A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing! We have 3 year old twins with ASD. I had to get them and myself tested for covid, but had to go with them by myself. The front office staff were aware and completed most of the three sets of paperwork prior to our arrival. If that is not amazing customer service, I don’t know what is. The medical staff was also great. They were very patient and understanding while treating them. Overall 10+ stars. Thank you!!!

I used this place to get a rapid covid test. It was easy to schedule on line. They came out to the car to take the test and brought the results out in about 15-20 minutes. It was a very smooth and efficient peocess.

I was seen for a Covid Rapid Test. The whole process from scheduling to my appointment was so easy and everyone was great. I scheduled my appointment online for same morning appointment, filled everything out online, and confirmed via text message. I was able to check in from my appointment from my car and was able to communicate everything with the office via text message. They texted to let me know what my patient cost would be prior to entering the office and once they were ready, they notified me to come in, I made my payment and they brought me straight to my room. Everything was explained well and had great bedside manners. The office was really clean, I was entertained with HGTV (which I love) when I waited in my room, and wait times were not bad. I would definitely recommend this office! Great experience!

The Sr was very rude. My daughter tested positive and he basically told us to leave because he didn’t want anyone to get sick I understand no one wants this but she was sick and if they don’t want to be exposed then they shouldn’t test for it. Made her feel worse because she wasn’t treated nicely not anything like the experience I had 2 night before with the pa

I went for my first COVID test ever I was nervous after hearing all the scary parts of the test. The staff made me so comfortable and they were all so friendly the nurse who conducted the test was great and explained it all to me. I checked in outside and only waited 15 minutes before they sent me a text to come in. I would recommend anyone to go there

This was my first time at this Urgent Care. The whole process was easy and the staff was amazing from beginning to end. They truly kept you updated and cared.I would recommend to anyone who needs medical care or a Covid test to go here.

Omgoodness, they were all so very kind and went above and beyond their expertise. We drove from Indiana yesterday for a cruise leaving in the morning. Once we arrived at Cape Canaveral we had to get a Covid test less than 48 hours before debarkation. Time frame did not make it possible to complete before we left. I thought Covid tests were all the same - No! The nurse actually took the time to Google search if their test would work for our cruise line. She put me at ease, when she walked in and said it would work. Thank you again for your kindness! You are loved!

My fiancé and I went here for covid tests. The staff was amazing. From my conversation at the front desk to the provider, Sean, who was so friendly and cheery and then the nurse who came in after. Everyone was nice and understanding and they LISTENED, which you don’t always get in healthcare. We’ll go here again.

I can not express enough how my treatment was today. I showed up to get my DOT physical exam. I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a detailed description of the paperwork I had to fill out. I had a request to use the restroom early for the urinalysis test because of water intake and driving time.. I was immediately granted permission. This was an awesome experience with smiles and a few laughs the staff is wonderful. And Advanced practice nurse RAGONE was absolutely a pleasant treat to go through this . She makes you feel completely comfortable and is very thorough with the medical questions. I felt so at ease and will definitely be coming back because of her in the future to renew my DOT card. Thank you all for your great service and all you've done through this madness. With all my respect RM. 1-16-21

My experience was good my only concern is the sweet little lady outside registering people. She doesn’t enforce a mask on people and she’s also you hung everyone’s phone and not using hand sanitizer. A couple came for a COVID test and no mask on.

Came in for a rapid test for antibodies and antigens. Every interaction I had with all the staff members was delightful. All signage was clearly marked advising where to wait and what to do. Previous experiences at other facilities around space coast have not been pleasant considering current healthcare climate. However I would highly recommend this location due to their cleanliness, positive attitudes and friendly staff.

This is my favorite place to take my family in an emergency, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, nurse and Dr Brownell were very helpful, bedside manner was great, when my daughter needed to have a test accomplished in a very short period of time for her school. Thanks to all and look forward to seeing you in the coming year . Reccomendations to all for service, and the wait time because we were walk ins were understandable

Came for a Rapid Covid Test. A bit of a wait To be called in. The girl downstairs was wonderful. Set up mine and my husband’s phone to register. Girl who took our blood pressure was equally as pleasant.

We needed a Covid test for travel. Wait time was a little longer than expected. Staff was very professional and answered all of our questions. Got our results in 10 minutes, and off we went! Thank you for taking care of us!

Had an appointment, came early, but it took almost 2 hours. Staff was besieged with emergency care and covid testing but it felt way too long with a scheduled appointment. Sat for over an hour in our car with the a/c running the whole time, waste of gasoline but necessary because of temperature. With an appointment they should have let us sit safely in office.

I made an appointment through soly got right in. Front desk workers were so kind and the nurses and doctor had amazing bedside manners. I went in for a COVID test and that was negative, but the doctor still took the time to check me over and got me on some meds to get to feeling better. Best walk in clinic in Brevard county I would recommend to anyone

- Verified patient on 10/11

The facility was clean and the staff was super informative and friendly. I booked my appointment on online for 2:10, but wasn't called into the room until 3:20. I finally finished at 4pm . I know there were walk in, but I didn't expect to take 2 hours for a covid rapid test.

We were on our way to the cruise Port and since we had to get a Covid Test within 2 days of sailing this was a perfect opportunity. We live in Port St Luce and leaving from Port Canaveral so it's actually the half way point. Quick easy in easy out and we love Christy and the rest of the special team! We will see you again in January when we sail once more!

Had a hard time finding a place to test me for covid with no symptoms, I needed to b tested to return to work, I was a walk in and the staff was compassionate and understanding of my needs. The wait time was very short and the care was outstanding

- Verified patient on 8/28

Great place. The staff was very friendly and the facility was extremely clean. My only complaint was waiting way to long for a urine test. I was told come ready to pee and I had to wait almost an hour. That was very uncomfortable. I recommend anyone coming for a urine test should wait no longer than 15 mins. After they called me I was in and out. Besides that a nice clean, friendly place.

Palm Bay Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
