I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein, they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. My 3yo baby boy had been crying all morning telling us he has ear pain. We were all over the place looking for an urgent care that opens before 3pm (due to my baby crying in pain since 7am). Luckily Best Health Urgent Care& Clinic was the one we leaned on (regarding reviews& insurance). Best decision we made so far! We’ve tried at least 3 different urgent care facilities in our area with in the past yr& half and nether of them were to our liking. Thank you to the physician& the lady in the lady in the front.. who’s name I didn’t catch /: Highly recommend for children& parents!
