Check in was a bit challenging with poor cell service hindering paperwork and a back up tablet that kicked you off their network. Once checked in, every single employee, front counter, nurse practitioner, and doctor were amazing. I was in great hands from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Trauma Centers are hard to manage. A person of 60 having chest pain will get into the back room much faster than a flu victim or minor injury. Nonetheless, when you are in pain, the wait can seem forever, and as we wait, we get anxious and angry. I have been here several times. Yesterday, when I arrived the place was packed. My injury was bad enough to move me to the head of the line. Other times, I had to wait. Perspective is everthing! My doctor, Sanchez, as well as the staff were wonderful. Peace and all good things, in this life and the next.

I can’t express enough how wonderful this facility was for my family . From the front desk to the nurse and Heath care provider we had the best treatment. Everyone was super friendly and treated my daughter with the best care . I expect a wait in an urgent care but we waited no time . We did sign in on line the front desk called us immediately to come in and fill paper work out before our scheduled time . Flawless!! Thank you to all the staff you are doing an amazing job !

I have been coming here for years and have never been treated bad! They are very understanding and caring as long as you are there for the right reasons! They arent a pain clinic and alot of the reviews I've read that was the number one issue. Although they can refer you to pain management. I have no complaints!

I had to go get a covid test for a surgical procedure I was about to have two days later. Everyone was very nice and had a great system in place for getting everyone in and out quickly. I would highly recommend this provider.

It was a very pleasant experience. I went for COVID test. Very well organized and friendly. I was swabed in my car. It was timely and professional. So glad for Urgrnt Care. Sure beats sitting in a hospital waiting room for hours with 100 sick people. Yes, check-in was very convenient.

The staff that checked me in and the lady that did curbside Covid test were very professional and kind.

- Verified patient on 10/1

I get in and out very quickly at this location. The only thing lacking is maybe some signs outside telling you to come inside for testing. I sat in my car for a while before I figured out that they weren’t coming out to my car and I needed to go inside. Or maybe send an instruction email out once the appt is made. Just a suggestion.

I took my 5 to daughter to be tested and she had a lab test when Covid started, she remembered it and was scared this time. Dena, the lady that performed the test was awesome and quick, and put her at rest and then made her smile with a lollipop. We have to go again for a follow up but now she is not scared to go. It's nice to not have that added stress on top of everything else that's going on.

My husband c and I had a rapid Covid test and we were very pleased with the staff and the care. Thanks!

- Verified patient on 11/22

Very clean, very kind. I was a little confused about waiting awhile when the waiting room was empty but if they were doing one at a time testing, it makes sense because I waited about 15 minutes before going back which is how long the test takes.

Drive through was not open but they have the doors clearly marked where to enter and exit for the express covid testing wait time was about 20 mins for my results

- Verified patient on 1/23

I needed a rapid covid test for travel. Staff were very professional. Process was quick and I was in and out in a reasonable time with results in hand. Thanks so much.

- Verified patient on 9/18

My wife and I booked online for a COVID quick test and we were out of there in about 45 minutes (each test takes 15 minutes to be read.) Super friendly staff as well!

- Verified patient on 9/4

Upon walking in the door for the rapid Covid test, I encountered a staff member sitting at a table. I was not greeted or acknowledged for a short period of time. Although she wasn’t on the phone or talking to anyone, she chose to ignore me until she finished what she was doing. It literally takes 2 seconds to make eye contact, say hello, I’ll be right with you. As if I wasn’t feeling bad enough physically and certainly didn’t come to make her obvious bad day worse, it just adds another layer to the question, what type of care will I receive here? Fortunately, the staff member who preformed the test was quite polite and very professional as was the staff member who relayed the test results.

The paper work was a lot. But time of wait as well as friendly caring staff made up for it. Nobody is happy about going to test for this covid. But they made it as pleasant as could be.

- Verified patient on 9/19

Excellent care, extremely helpful and friendly, really made me comfortable during the testing process. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Wife had earlier come for express test for COVID 19. She was positive. We came back so she could see a doctor and see is she needed any medicine. Since we had to come , I went ahead and got test also and talked to the provider. Really friendly, very informative Really good staff. No wait time.

Redmond urgent care has amazed me again! I tested positive for covid two weeks ago and started coughing and running a fever again. The doctor actually seemed genuinely concerned. She was very nice and answered all of my questions instead of rushing me out to get to the next patient. This is a great urgent care!

The staff worked me in for a rapid Covid test and I was very grateful. They were all very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend the service, staff and location to anyone in need.

This was my first time to visit here. I went for Covid testing and the girl came out to my car to swab my nose so that I wouldn’t have to wait inside.

Rome Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
