Big thank you to staff and medical provider I saw at my visit today.

Everything about my visit was pretty smooth until I was nearly walked in on by a male staff member while performing my self swabs. Prior to performing my self swabs a staff member drew my blood and told me the last thing would be me leaving to pay after I finished my swabs. While I was half undressed performing my swabs a male staff member knocked and started opening the door so I had to quickly drop my swab and pull up my pants. He proceeded to ask if he could come in while already coming in. I asked if he needed me as I was clearly busy doing stuff. Idk if the communication from staff was off or what but that was extremely triggering personally and very uncomfortable professionally.

I received wonderful care. The staff was pleasant and fast care.

Everyone at Indigo Urgent Care was extremely helpful & incredibly nice. They listened to me, checked everything out, & formulated a great plan of care. I appreciated that when one of the providers was not entirely sure about something she got a second opinion from another provider, which was great.

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

Everyone was excellent when it came down to anything we needed or asked. I appreciate everyone that was there they are extremely nice and respectful.

Everything was ok except I was rusher by Medical assistant to leave. I ask about results of my test and she said she will call( she never did). Also Dr told me ( I remember exactly) that she will give me excuse for work for Monday but nothing happen and later when I read notes showing not excuse from work needed. I like this place but this time I was rushed to leave room. Thank you

Very happy with our urgent care visit.  Staff that greeted us was friendly, check in time was reasonable, and Gabe, our PA, was great.

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe.  She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was  fully addressed/resolved.  I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

We are so lucky to have indigo in Poulsbo. After a crash on my bicycle, I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. The front desk was fabulous, friendly, and very helpful. The entire experience at indigo was extremely positive. Thank you so much!  I totally recommend indigo.

My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

Continued coughing ing a blockage in sinuses. Needed Ned's to help . Dr evaluated condition and advised care and antibiotic.

I woke up with a pelvic pain and was able to book same day appointment. It was so quick appointment with everything. Dr Tam Pham was a great attentive and passionate, I would highly recommend her! !

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

Every time I’ve been to the Ruston Urgent Care (and the one in Bridgeport) I’m left feeling good because everyone is so kind, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend either of those locations. Great job!

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.
