I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

I suffered an acute injury to my left leg just walking to my car.0-100 pain scale with zero weight bearing.Physician’s care was one traffic light from my job. I pulled up motioned for help,brief explanation given and I was assisted inside per wheelchair,signed in within ten minutes my vital signs were taken and the physician entered within 15 minutes.I was at easy despite the discomfort,I was treated knee braced and wheeled to my car.I had my second worst and best experience and it could not have happened at a better place. Bad with names good with faces !!!! You were the BEST. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.

I did notice at the CALERA, Alabama there were an unhealthy number of ants crawling around the patient examination room. And needs an overall deep cleaning. I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly. They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing. They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. I am not a person who does many reviews, but sometimes you have to. This is the best Urgent Care & Primary Care in Birmingham. The staff is awesome, very friendly (They actually remember you, not just a name or Number)! The doctor and nurse work extremely well together & make your health a priority, ordering correct tests or medications & shots (Nurse is so good I never feel the stick like most). The doctor's bedside manner is defiantly better than most any doctor, at least in my experience. This has been my PCP for years, because you will not find another, as good & knowledgeable about most anything medical or not & actually cares! Thank you Southern Immediate Care for always making me feel like I am the only patient no matter how many are really there. Also I don't think I have ever waited more than 10-15 minutes tops, to be checked in & taken back.
