Filled out the online paperwork and 5 mins we went to the back and the doctor came in and 5mins later we were done

The medical professional I saw Julia Ferrara PA was great.   The front desk receptionist was nice but not very professional talked about morning gossip. I heard someone (staff) I was first patient and was told no one was here yet and had to wait ( I was early so that was fine) coughing terribly in the back of the office - he or she sounded awful and for an urgent care didn’t like hearing that.  Maybe should have stayed at home like I did.

Easy to schedule and be seen. Staff and doctors was very professional

Andrew was very attentive and kind. I needed sutures on my thumb and he did a beautiful job.

I started experiencing bladder pains and realized I was getting a UTI. Being on vacation and from out of town, I didn’t know where to get help. I went online and found the clinic and I am so happy I went to AFC Urgent Care. The receptionist could not have been more helpful and the assistant who took my vitals was so professional and kind. The doctor was so thorough and made sure she addressed every concern. My medication was called in and ready in less than a half hour. This was such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you for taking such great care of me!!

Have gone there a few time with my children. They are awesome. They remember who we are and address our concerns and previous issues if needed.

I made my appointment the night before. The receptionist was very welcoming. Shayla was very nice and the exam was thorough. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Have had a chronic cough and decided to stop in to see if I could be seen. No problem. My visit took about an hour but that included a nebulizer treatment and a chest xray. All the medical staff were friendly and caring. I would definitely go back if I needed medical treatment.

First time as a Canadian using a U.S. health care service. From the moment a walked in, the front desk person was friendly and extremely helpful in filling out my information and going over the details of my visit and the service fees. The medical team, including the doctor, were knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was diagnosed quickly and next steps were put in place. Fantastic service and friendly staff! My husband had been in a few days earlier tested negative for Flu, Covid, and RSV but chest x-ray showed a little pneumonia. I started coughing Thursday night so I went straight in on Friday hoping to head it off at the pass but the doctor ran no test, said she didn’t hear wheezing even though I was and every the xray tech heard it. She gave me some cough pills and sent me on my way. I have continued to deteriorate now having sore throat and on and off spiking a low fever. Not impressed with the care I received. The PA my husband had was far more attentive. Update: The head doctor called me personally because he found this unacceptable and had me go back in for testing. I tested positive for Influenza A so I really appreciated his due diligence to get me answers so I have adjusted my overall score to reflect his efforts. Thank you Dr. Shital-Hiten Upadhyay.

I was continuing to have some breathing problems with acute  bronchitis. Did a follow  up visit to have them determine if any new meds were needed. Lungs and respiratory were clearing so none needed.I went on my way happy I did visit for peace of mind.I definitely would recommend AAC for urgent care needs.
