The staff here are so kind and made me feel extremely taken care of. This place also has amazing hours so if you ever have problems late you can still get it. You can make appointments or just walk in. I would recommend this urgent care.

The actual wait time and front desk was fine and simple, but in the room the doctor was laughing/giggling that she could not find a vein in my arm and we had to keep trying. Not everyone goes to doctors or is comfortable with the process so just having a little more professionalism would have been better. I was also told a doctor would call ME to read my results but no one did so I called because I got them in my email and they told me I would need to pay again/schedule and appointment to discuss the results. So basically if you can't decode your results by numbers and lines in an email and decipher the issue via Google from there you basically paid for nothing.

This is the first place I actually liked everything was very clean people were friendly. Mostly loved how the nurses cleaned up and sanitizer before I entered the exam room. I really appreciated because it makes me feel safe and I know the person after will be safe as well! You guys are doing great! Keep up the good work! I know it isn't easy by how many people filled up the lobby In 10 minutes. Thanks again!

The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who is at risk for hepatitis should get tested. This includes individuals who have been in close contact with someone who has hepatitis, those who have shared needles or other drug paraphernalia, or anyone who has had unprotected sex with multiple partners. Additionally, healthcare workers, those who have traveled to countries with high rates of hepatitis, and individuals with certain medical conditions that affect the liver should also consider getting tested. According to the CDC, early detection can help prevent the spread of the disease and lead to better treatment outcomes.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it can lead to serious health complications if left untreated. Hepatitis can cause liver damage, cirrhosis, and even liver cancer. It's also important to get tested because hepatitis can be asymptomatic, meaning you can have the virus and not know it. This can lead to unknowingly spreading the virus to others. According to the CDC, early detection and treatment can significantly reduce the risk of complications and prevent the spread of the disease.
