My son was sick and I called for an appointment but was told it was walk-in only. I took him to the clinic expecting at least an hour or two. Fortunately as soon as the cumbersome paperwork was finished he was seen in a short time. Online check in seems very long. All Staff were very kind and professional.

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

Knew I had to be seen for a sinus infection. I booked an appt for first thing in the morning on Saturday. Online checkin for insurance and ID was a breeze. Arrived Saturday, greeted by Mahalia, who was pleasant, welcoming, and professional. I was taken in the room by Desiree, she was knowledgeable and cheery. The whole appt was less than 45 mins ! Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!

I am always appreciative of the connivence this office offers. Today I had a gentleman doctor and I thought although very upbeat and friendly, I was uncomfortable with the religious questions. I personally believe there is a time and place, at this appointment was not it. One, I didn’t feel well and the appointment should have stayed about that. Two, he is unaware of my circumstances and that was not the place. I heard how he had converted, he asked me if I did, and it was very uncomfortable because again he had no idea of my circumstances A suggestion to possibly keep the appointment chatter on a lighter note. People coming in don’t feel well to begin with, any kind of heavy conversation may lead to some awkwardness (and it absolutely did). Faith, and religion should be off the table for light conversation Thank you.
