Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

Felt feverish for the past week, I decided to go to the urgent care. All staff members were friendly and diligent to help me seek for a diagnosis. What I am not happy with is the turn around time to get lab results back since this is an integral part of the diagnosis and I cannot get someone to tell me specifically when the results will be back. I’ve been told it could take up to 3 days for just a white blood cell count, that is unacceptable.

Was in town for few days couldn’t get in to see an ear doctor locally so I called urgent care. Saw me quickly, had bad ear infection, cleared up in a day with good meds. Thank you for treating me fast when a specialist doctor couldn’t even accommodate me. What’s the point of being a doctor when you don’t see people. Thank you urgent care. Highly recommended.

I hoped for a quick appointment somewhere this morning for an eye infection. I checked another local urgent care first, and their wait time was four hours or more. AFC got me in right away, and the whole experience was fantastic. Galatea, Alexis, and Elizabeth provided exceptional warmth, and care. I will wholeheartedly recommend AFC, and almost want to feel a little under the weather, just to come see you again! Thank you.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Who should get tested for hepatitis?
