Have had an irritated eye for a few days. Went in last minute and was seen immediately. Dr. found an eyelash jammed in the corner of my eye and removed it with ease.  Feel so much better. I was in and out in 20 mins. Thanks!!!

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Probably one of most cleanest urgent cares I’ve been in. Very easy to make an appointment, no wait time but expected to wait if I had to. The front office was very friendly and the staff in the back were just as nice. Dr. Patel was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I highly recommend to go if you need to

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who has been exposed to the virus should get tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have shared needles, had unprotected sex, or have come into contact with infected blood. Additionally, healthcare workers, those who have traveled to areas with high rates of hepatitis, and people with liver disease should also consider getting tested. According to the CDC, testing is also recommended for those born between 1945 and 1965, as this group has a higher rate of hepatitis C.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial for early detection and treatment. If left untreated, hepatitis can lead to severe liver damage, including cirrhosis and liver cancer. Furthermore, individuals infected with hepatitis can unknowingly transmit the virus to others. Therefore, regular testing is essential for both personal health and public safety.
