Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse , I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections . They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc). Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings . The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

I had an appointment for yesterday that I had to reschedule due to work (which was scheduled for me and I tried calling to change but no one picked up). Anywho, I go to my appointment today and I waited for almost a hour and 15 minutes to be seen (I was told 30 minutes prior it was a virtual visit which was not stated anywhere in the email/on the app). I expressed some concerns I was having which I felt as if the physical basically told me that I would have to wait until next week to see my PCP. The staff are great and very friendly, it was just that one issue today. Their office usually isn’t like this, but a heads up would’ve been nice.

I came in for a rash that was bothering me and got exceptional care. I had never been here before and service from top to bottom was great! Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!
