My GP retired recently and I was monitoring my blood pressure for a few weeks before going to the new PA.  I received a high reading at the drug store machine and was concerned.  I decided to head over to DOCS and received a free blood pressure check which WAS high and needed to be addressed. I was then seen by the doctor. I cannot say enough about the receptionist, nurse or Dr Marshall.  By the time I left I was totally at ease and had my high blood pressure discussed thoroughly and dealt with and can call if I have questions or concerns.  DOCS is the BEST!

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

I was seen by a very competent physical assistant. She addressed my needs and concerns and prescribed an appropriate antibiotic. I am on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent care I received at this urgent care! I would recommend this facility highly!

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

It was amazing! The staff are absolutely fantastic
