Staff and nurses were really nice. When it came time for the doctor to come in he seemed nice and had good intentions but his bedside manner wasn't very great. I was in immense pain, and had to drive myself due to it being a weekday. Was under a lot of stress and after doing a quick evaluation he spent quite a while on his computer in silence. Just to lean over a bit later and tell me I needed to go to the ER. He did his job, and didn't do anything outright bad, just felt a bit disconnected from the patient unlike other doctors I had been seen by during previous occasions at the same place.

I so appreciated and thankful the care and concern I received on my visit on Nov. 16, 2024. Please make a note of the following text: "The overall scheduling process was great, as usual. The check-in process met the usual high standards with friendly front desk staff. The nurses were good. However, the doctor who saw me for only 30 to 40 seconds seemed disinterested and uncaring. He didn't seem to put in any effort and barely listened to me when I tried to explain how sick I was feeling. I didn't even get the chance to tell him about my episodes of cold sweats, trembling, cramps, and nausea. He walked in and out of the room while I was still talking. He refused to consider the possibility that I might have been exposed to something dangerous. I have always been more than happy with Indigo; they have some of the most impressive people I've ever met in the medical field. As a CNA and a massage therapist for 30 years, that says a lot! If this were my first experience, I would be on Yelp, Google, etc. Warning everyone to stay away and avoid, if possible, the whole organization! I would recommend that you not allow your wonderful reputation to be destroyed by this person!"
