Lab testing
I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Today I took both of my granddaughters to the Urgent Care in Delafield, WI. In this day and age people only usually call to complain. This is a great note for the staff at that Urgent Care. I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable in a Dr.'s office. My granddaughters were lucky enough to see Dr. Michael Long. He has fabulous bedside manner and was amazing with the kids. Even they were comfortable at 5 and 18 months. His staff brought them stickers and my offered a juice box to the 5 year old after some bad tasting medicine. Our family is lucky to have had a fantastic pediatrician for the last 32 years. I will now consider this location myself if I have to be seen in as swift as manner as the girls did today. Overall I give this location an A+.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who has been exposed to the hepatitis virus, either through sexual contact, sharing of needles, or from a mother to her baby during childbirth, should consider getting tested. This also includes individuals who have traveled to areas with high rates of hepatitis, those with a history of liver disease, and men who have sex with men. Furthermore, the CDC recommends hepatitis testing for all adults, regardless of risk factors, as part of routine healthcare.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it allows for early detection and treatment, thereby reducing the risk of serious liver damage. It is also important for preventing the spread of the virus to others. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis do not experience symptoms until the disease has progressed, making regular testing vital for those at risk.
