I received wonderful care. The staff was pleasant and fast care.

Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

I was shocked to get such a huge bill which included $324 for an influenza test & Covid test. Outrageous pricing. The visit to a PA was $307. More than an MD for a rather short visit. I won’t be going back and will share this experience. I have good insurance.  Going to Overlake in the future. Place was clean & easy to book online. I’m disputing the costs of the tests.

Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

I don’t usually leave reviews (who has time for that ) but I really had a a great experience at this clinic . Fast ,kind and respectful . I haven’t felt that in many healt clinics before . Strongly recommended .

We are so lucky to have indigo in Poulsbo. After a crash on my bicycle, I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. The front desk was fabulous, friendly, and very helpful. The entire experience at indigo was extremely positive. Thank you so much!  I totally recommend indigo.

My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

Continued coughing ing a blockage in sinuses. Needed Ned's to help . Dr evaluated condition and advised care and antibiotic.

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Once I finally got thru to receptionist I was able to make an appointment for the following day.  I really wanted same day. Excellent care. Happy with end result.

Everything about my visit was pretty smooth until I was nearly walked in on by a male staff member while performing my self swabs. Prior to performing my self swabs a staff member drew my blood and told me the last thing would be me leaving to pay after I finished my swabs. While I was half undressed performing my swabs a male staff member knocked and started opening the door so I had to quickly drop my swab and pull up my pants. He proceeded to ask if he could come in while already coming in. I asked if he needed me as I was clearly busy doing stuff. Idk if the communication from staff was off or what but that was extremely triggering personally and very uncomfortable professionally.

Everyone at Indigo Urgent Care was extremely helpful & incredibly nice. They listened to me, checked everything out, & formulated a great plan of care. I appreciated that when one of the providers was not entirely sure about something she got a second opinion from another provider, which was great.

Everyone was excellent when it came down to anything we needed or asked. I appreciate everyone that was there they are extremely nice and respectful.
