I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

This clinic has shorter than average waiting periods

Short Wait Time

I have been to this location before. If you have an appointment or get there when they open there is hardly any wait time. Staff is friendly. Although web-site not working to make an appointment. Please correct this. Cost is norm and working insurance rate.
Danielle Antonio was such a friendly nurse. She made my sick daughter feel at ease. What started as a bad day was made better by Danielle

Everyone was great other than the provider. He walked in gave the COvID test result for my daughter and proceeded to walk out. I had to ask what he thought was causing her problems and he said probably a stomach virus and continued out door. If I was there solely for a COvID test this wouldn’t have mattered but I came seeking care for my child and left with nothing other than a test result. He seemed unconcerned

My experience at this particular urgent care was phenomenal. The moment I walked through the doors I was greeted immediately and with a smiling face. First impression is everything and the receptionist was absolutely amazing. From the receptionist, to the nurses, to Dr. Patel, I had the best care. I was only there for testing but the staff makes you feel like you’re important and that your not just a number. Best staff every! Everyone was so friendly and helping. The place was nice and clean. I will HIGHLY recommend Rapid Urgent Care. Mandeville.

This experience coming to the facility was awesome. I walked in and was greeted with care, concern and professionalism from the front desk staff. The Nurses treated me with compassion and were very thorough, listened to my concerns and tested me appropriately. The Dr. did a wonderful job of treating me, prescribed the appropriate meds for me, did appropriate tests and listened to and addressed my concerns. They did a much better job than Drs. who have treated me for several years. I appreciate everything they did to help me and am feeling much better. I will continue to go there for treatment, tell my friends about the clinic and take relatives there as well.

I came in with migraine but wanted to rule out COVID. I was quickly show a room and the COVID test was painless. When that came back negative, my blood pressure reading indicating reason for migraine. The Dr explained all my options, gave me a shot to ease the pain, and was instructed to consult with my primary Dr. I truly appreciate the staff’s willingness to diagnose and provide relief, but to refer to my Dr for further treatment. Prior to entering Rapid, I had no idea my pressure was so high.

This was my first time visiting this urgent care but I'm so glad I was sent there from the Picayune Urgent Care because I'm not sure if the lady that helped me was the actual nurse or doctor but whoever she was she was like me meeting a living Angel here on earth. She was extremely concerned about my symptoms and gave me the best care I have honestly gotten at any hospital or urgent care period! If we had more people like her our world would be Awesome with lots of friendly mess, bedside manners and even care/ love! I only wish she was a PCP because she is definitely would love for her to see me regularly because if there was anything wrong with me I know she would do various test and get to the bottom of my problem! She has to be a Beautiful family member! I know it probably sounds like I know her and just am giving her a good review but I promise today was the first time I ever seen the lady and I'm Truly Glad that the Picayune Urgent Care could not take my insurance so they advised me to go there to the Slidell one because it was A Blessing To Me To Have Her Taking Care Of Me! I don't remember her name but if y'all can find out who she was and let her read this I would Greatly Appreciate It! Thanks Again To The Beautiful Living Angel Who Took Care Of Me At The Slidell Urgent Care On Airport Rd. May God Forever Bless Her And Keep Her Safe!!!!!

I’ve been here quite a few times in the past and for the FIRST TIME y’all actually have a much nicer & friendlier staff! I stopped coming here last year due to the rudeness of doctors and literally the whole staff. Much nicer atmosphere now. Brittany did my Covid test and she went ABOVE & BEYOND to make me as comfortable as possible not to mention, her bedside manners were impeccable!

The office admissions clerk was polite and respectful. The nurse that took me to my patient room was courteous and friendly. The nurse that took my covid test explained the process and advised of what next if positive. Another nurse came in and checked my vitals. He too was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Stanley was amazing. Very friendly and spent time to explain. Everything. Asked about how I was feeling and made me feel cared for.

The nurse and receptionist were SOOOO sweet. I came in because i was directly exposed to covid and needed to be tested. Sad to say that the NP came off as an entitled know it all. She proceeded to ask me if I’d taken anything before deciding to come in to be seen, I mentioned to her that I was pregnant (she didn’t take 2 seconds to look at any of my paper work). She also told me I could have went to the womens hospital (I am not from the area I did not know that existed). The NP did not even examine me, she glanced at my throat and said “yes it is beefy red”. Next time I will take her advice and go to the womens hospital hopefully for a better healthcare provider experience.

It was New Year’s Eve and they were busy but I called ahead of time because if that. I told them of what I was taking abs would it interfere with the urine test I’d have to take snd they said no problem. When I got there waited for over an hour paid my deductible did the test then the doctor came in and told me at that time they couldn’t do the test. I voiced my concerns but he said he would prescribe an antibiotic to take. I was very thankful for that. I don’t usually use an urgent care clinic because I try to always use my PCP but he was off and I’m glad urgent care facilities are always an option.

Mr. Adams was very very kind in regards to my needs regarding a COVID test when I called, thumbs up to him, Ms. Tiffany, Awesome caring and gentle with the test, because I was a bit afraid. The best experience I've ever had at any cover testing site and I've been to A LOT. Walked in and walked out process. Friendly staff. Super caring. Even did a follow up call the next morning to see how I was doing. I was in SHOCK there was no wait time. Not even a wait time after I got the room to see a nurse/doctor. Incredible experience. Would drive to the Northshore for this location anytime.

I had an overall great experience! Mrs. LaShunda took great care of me up front. The Nurse/MA Asia got my vitals along with a great history and was very gentle with the testing. The PA Kari Anne took care of me and listened to all of my needs and treated accordingly. Even Mrs Michelle can in to talk with me and see if I needed anything. Great crew at this St. George location!!

The wait time was terrible because it was New Year’s Day and very few clinics were open that day. But the staff was great! In fact I live in Folsom and I would travel to Slidell again because of the way me and my niece were treated. From the initial phone call to see if they had Covid test to us actually having the test done everything was perfect except the wait. It was a great experience!

The nurse was ever good. But the doctor did not do a ever good exam. I brought my 2 year old great grandson in with fever, runny nose and coughing. He had been exposed to COVID. The nurse did test him and he was negative. Thank God. But the doctor didn’t even listen to his chest or touch him. I asked him was he going to even check his ear or anything and he said I guess I can check them. He did and told me he was good and we could go. Just a runny nose.

I originally could not find a place that have a turn around time needed to accommodate my travel, after much searching I came across this place. I live in New Orleans and drove twice to Baton Rouge for assistance and it was worth the drive and I would do it all over again. The entire staff was readily and willing to assist. Steven Presley was very professional, patient, kind and understanding. Both he and Talaina Robertson went above and beyond to ease my worries with being able to fulfill the requirements needed for my travel. They both took their time to answer any questions I have and made sure I understood what was needed. They even went above and beyond by me forwarding the emails from the place I was traveling, took their time to read them and help me interpret what was required. They are great leaders and the reflection of their leadership is passed on through the entire staff. From the front desk to nurses administering the test was willing to answer your questions. I was having difficulty understanding the requirements and emailed and communicated with both Steven and Talaina on numerous occasions, sometimes asking the same questions and the both were understanding and patient and made sure I understood. Both after hours responded to any email I sent and Steven promptly returned my phone calls to answer any question I had. It was worth the drive and I will continue to patronize their business for the exceptional service I received from them and the staff. Truly a 5 star company!! I would like Steven and Talaina to know I appreciate their professionalism and patience. They truly want their clients to have a great experience! I would like to thank them again and their staff! Their staff professionalism is an example of their leadership, great all around! Great place and worth the 1 hour 30 minute drive twice.

What a great staff… the wait time was a bit long but it wasn’t their fault. It was because so many people were getting Covid testing done and despite that they had all been at the facility since 6:30 that morning( and I got there at 7:30 that night) they were friendly and efficient … they will have all of my business for instances that I need their services👍✌🏻

The only ludicrous thing is, in the process of filling out "paperwork" electronically, I had to add my birth date (my daughter was the patient) by scrolling 45 × 12 times (so 540 scrolls) to get to ***. 😂 The clinic itself was fine and seemed well-run. The ladies doing check-in knew nothing about the date entry system. I do wish there were a separate quick line for people only wishing to do a quick covid test and not full health screening service.

It was a positive experience, friendly and very clean. We went for Covid testing and they checked our vitals and all and discovered I have an upper respiratory infection. I am so glad the Dr. discovered this! I thought I just had a cold. We were tested because we watch my grandkids and they are positive as of today. This trip may have saved my life! I’m glad we went and got checked out.

Thank you for being our go to for medical care. Getting sick is always sudden, and like this week has shown, symptoms can change quickly from one day to the next. Thank you for always getting us in and out quickly with quality care and attention. The negative Covid, flu, and strep tests were extremely reassuring, and the meds and prescriptions worked wonders. Thank you for doing all the things we needed to get my little guy on the road to recovery, both Monday and Tuesday.

Jessica n all the amazing staff were so helpful n concerned. They demonstrated so much empathy n sympathy for my overall welfare. There was no long wait. They assisted me at every turn. They greeted me with such compassion and even my family, my husband n brother out in the waiting area. They followed up with calls, checking on me. I had never experienced that type of love n care from health professionals before, at least not like that. Thank you so very much Patient Plus Urgent Care.. Because I followed your professional advice and went immediately to ER, I was able to get a plethora of major tests done, ruling out a multiplicity of diagnosis that I wasn’t ready to hear nor deal with. From there, the next day, I went in to see my primary care physician. He prescribed the right medications. I am now on the mend, thanks to you all getting the ball rolling. Always a grateful heart, Mrs. Brown (Marion)

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
