So I had an issue that I needed immediate care. My dermatologist could not get me in because she was on vacation. The issue was sever rash on my genitals and anus.  I work and sweet a lot and was very uncomfortable and it was so bad I couldn’t sleep. When the doctor came in she asked what was wrong. She never took even a minute to check the affect area. She assumed what it might be and would write prescriptions. Said to use them and it should work. I understand I am a male but she is a doctor and shouldn’t guess what the issue is…I should have been allowed to have the rash examinesd.  I felt embarrassed enough but want it looked at to be sure…my femal dermatologist never had an issue examining my penis and anus.  It just me feel she was trying to get me outta there because she was uncomfortable which is not what real doctors do. It’s just a oenis. Anyway I know not to use your facility when I have a health concern.

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Medical staff was to expectations as I am a returning patient. Amber is an outstanding provider. Her approach is caring and professional. She listens and responds concisely.  I will be a returning patient.

The person at front check in was kind with great customer service! The triage nurse was very kind and helpful. Her customer service was also GREAT! The NP that saw me greeting us when she came in the room and was very kind as well!! Though I was unable to get an xray due to the machine being down. The NP took great care of me!! Made an appointment for 1:30 which is a wonderful option; however wasn't seen until after 3:15. Nikki Arthur was caring and professional. All staff were caring, and were apologizing for the delay. I was able to wait in my car which was good considering I didn't know if I was contagious and was contacted by text.

Woke up with sore throat from coughing all night. Was accepted as a walk in and able to see the doctor after a considerable amount of time. But the doctor sent my subscriptions to my pharmacy and was able to get a restful sleep that night. Yes, would recommend this provider.

Got signed in quickly. Wait one was a little long because there are so many things going around.  I asked for Rx to go to Sam’s where I always go. Should have been in my file. They sent it to CVS. Receptionist didn’t seem pleased when I asked her to move it to Sam’s on south Parkway - which is less than 2 miles from their office. She called it in to the Sam’s on the other side of town. Ugh. I had to drive across town while feeling poorly after clearly asking *twice*.
